It’s a must if you are visiting Sydney! Go down to the Welcome Center to get your ticket and the meet up and bag drop is also there. our tour guide, Martin, if very accommodating and passionate about explaining the design and history of the Opera House. The concert hall is overwhelmingly beautiful. During the tour there was piano tuning for a performance at night so we also get to experience the acoustics of the concert hall. Lovely experience!

Wanting to visit the Blue Mountains and Featherdale Wildlife Park, I searched around and decided to purchase the highly-reviewed Zigzag Tour. Departing at 8 AM, it was a relaxed start, and riding in a large bus made the journey cool and comfortable. It was quite unique to see our guide handling both the driving and guiding simultaneously. Our friendly young guide gave entertaining explanations and even took photos for us at every viewpoint, making it an enjoyable trip in many ways. At Featherdale Wildlife Park, the koalas and penguins were so cute, and seeing the kangaroos lounging around was particularly amusing and gave off a peaceful vibe. The Blue Mountains allowed us to truly experience the vast and magnificent beauty of nature. The Three Sisters, sculpted by nature, lived up to high expectations and were breathtaking. Furthermore, the Scenic Railway at Scenic World added a unique thrill and was the highlight of the tour. I plan to visit Sydney with my family next time, and I definitely want to come back to the Blue Mountains. It was such a satisfying trip that I would definitely book with Zigzag Tour again in the future. I am sincerely grateful to Young, our guide, for making my trip to Sydney even more memorable.

This was the most satisfying tour of my trip to Sydney! 🇦🇺 The itinerary was packed with great stops, from Featherdale Wildlife Park to the Blue Mountains sunset and stargazing tour, making for a truly enjoyable day. Above all, our guide, Song Jae-hyun, was fantastic 👍 During the transit times, he provided detailed and thorough explanations about each location, making the experience much more interesting and informative than just sightseeing. His explanations were easy to understand, and he took such good care of us that we were able to enjoy a comfortable tour. He is especially passionate about taking photos 📸 I was so touched to see him carefully consider the angles to get us great shots, and even lie down flat on the ground while taking pictures of the stars haha Thanks to him, I was able to get amazing star photos that would have been difficult to capture on my own! I am also extremely happy with how the photos turned out 😊 The tour itinerary was well-rounded, allowing us to see the stunning scenery of the Blue Mountains, the beautiful sunset, and the stars in the night sky. Thanks to our guide's insightful commentary and passion, this trip became even more memorable. If you are hesitating between a Blue Mountains tour and a stargazing tour, I highly recommend this! Those who want to capture lots of great photos will be especially satisfied. Guide Song Jae-hyun, thank you for providing such detailed explanations all day and for your passionate photography! Thanks to you, I'm leaving Sydney with wonderful memories 🙌

The pick up was from our hotel which was super convenient. Our guide Perry is very friendly as he is able to speak Cantonese and English. We enjoyed our trip to blue mountain as we are able to take all 3 scenic rides. We really love it. Not only that, we took a lot photos during this trip. It was very memorable.

We had such an amazing time visiting the Blue Mountains with Alfie and our driver, Zhao! The whole experience was extremely fun, enjoyable, and well-organised. Alfie was especially wonderful — he is incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts and stories about the Blue Mountains, the history, nature, and the different places we visited. You can really tell that he is passionate about what he does, and his explanations made the trip much more meaningful and interesting. He tries his best to make this not just a day trip but also a fun one. Zhao was also a great driver — safe, friendly, and reliable throughout the day, which made the journey comfortable and stress-free. Overall, it was such a memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend Alfie and Zhao to anyone visiting the Blue Mountains. Thank you both for making our trip so much fun! 😊🏔️

It was a perfect trip! We saw and petted wombats, took wonderful photos, had time to explore small cozy towns, and went wine tasting. It was the perfect balance of activities and free time. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends! If you're worried about the tour being in Korean, it's not a problem at all; the guide speaks English, so you don't need any language skills to taste wine and enjoy the wombats.
