Sydney Airport Shuttle Transfer

I arrived on time. I just waited at the hotel entrance 5 minutes before my scheduled pickup. The car had the company name printed on it, making it easy to recognize. I was the only passenger, so there were no other hotel pickups, and I arrived at the airport within 25 minutes. When I got in the car, the driver asked if I was taking an international or domestic flight (Terminal 1/2/3).

It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the domestic terminal to the pick-up point, so allow some time to find it. The car was already waiting. We arrived at our downtown hotel from the airport in just half an hour. It was very convenient and the service was excellent. The price was also cheaper than booking a shuttle bus through the official website or the hotel. Highly recommended.

We use this service to and from the airport. just make sure to get out of the terminal building and look for bus shuttle sign. it was on our right. Proceed to bus bay 12. A staff in uniform will have record of your booking. The bus is either waiting or in our case we waited a while. we were the only customers, as soon as private hire! Comfortable and no worries with tight luggage space compared to Uber. The bus waited for us in front of hotel lobby when we depart for the airport. All in all value for money and convenient

The shuttle area was easy to find and there’s someone there with a clipboard to find your reservation. This company was so accommodating to our flight cancellation/delaynof 24hrs and moved our pickup time a day later which made me happy that o didn’t lose my money.

While it's convenient not having to drag luggage, the only contact methods for the vendor are phone and email. Since my SIM card didn't allow phone calls, I was worried about flight delays. I suggest the vendor provide the shuttle time and location in advance, and include a map. After exiting the departure hall, walk straight to the right until you see McDonald's, then walk outside. You'll see Rydges hotel across the street. There's a woman there who will confirm your name and destination. You'll share a car with 2-3 other groups, and the driver will arrange the route. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the city hotels. For the return trip, I emailed them in advance to specify the time I wanted to be picked up from the hotel.

highly recommended and reliable trasportation to and from the airport. i booked the night before our morning trip and by 8:30am, our driver was already at the lobby waiting for us. our declared pick up time was 8:45am. all this in less than 24 hours notice. i appreciate mr driver and the company for providing this convenient transport option.

Very reliable airport transfer service. For arrival, just follow the directions provided in the booking instructions — the pickup point is right across Rydges Sydney Airport Hotel, which is very close and easy to find after exiting the airport. For departure, they send an email in advance confirming the exact pickup time from your hotel. It was very convenient and hassle-free. Plus, it’s a door-to-door service, which made traveling with luggage much easier. Highly recommended!

It's cheaper than a taxi or the airport train, and it has the advantage of dropping you off in front of your accommodation, so you don't have to struggle up and down the stairs! I hope many Koreans use it. The boarding location is said to be across from the Rydges Hotel, and if you walk to the side (?), based on that red sign, the boarding location will appear. There weren't many Korean reviews, so I hesitated at first, but it was so cheap and comfortable that I'm going to apply for it when I depart as well. Also, the bus is a circular route, so the condition of the bus seems to be random, and it takes about an hour to arrive because it stops at the domestic airport before going to the city. I highly recommend it!

If you come out of T2, walk to the left; if you come out of T3, walk to the right. Basically, just keep walking and go through a semi-circular arc, and you'll arrive. It's easy to find, and the service is attentive. I'll use it again.
