- International (Terminal 1): Please proceed to "the meeting point" located inside the arrival hall between A and B
- Domestic (Terminal 2 and Terminal 3): Please wait at the baggage carousel where you are to collecting your luggage from
- Driver will hold a “Go Sydney Shuttle” sign.
- The operator will track your flight and wait for 60 minutes at the International terminal and 45 minutes at the Domestic terminal from the time your flight arrives
- As this is a shared shuttle service, there may not be a driver waiting immediately or the driver might have to wait for other passengers to arrive as well

A very convenient way to get to Sydney CBD from SYD airport. The staff and driver were very friendly and helpful. Meeting point was very easy to locate inside the international terminal.
Driver is professional and responsible, I received his message once off from the plane. He teaches me how to go to the meetup point. I thought it was a sharing car, and comes to be a private transportation, very worthy for the price.
We landed early so we did have to wait for the pick up but wasn’t long. Great communication via text to move from meeting point to express pickup point, was super easy - right to hostel door!
I turned on my phone after the plane landed and the message had already arrived. It was so simple and accurate, no waiting like with Uber or Didi. Come out towards McDonald's and check the photo for the location, done!!! I recommend using it without worry. Great!
