We would like to express our sincere appreciation to our guide and driver, Mr. Simon, for his exceptional care and attentiveness throughout the tour. As we were travelling with our elderly parents, we especially appreciated that he thoughtfully checked in with us from time to time to see if we needed a toilet break during the journey. His kindness and consideration made the trip much more comfortable for our family. We were also delighted that we drive past the iconic Formula 1 track before heading to Phillip Island. It was a wonderful bonus that added to the overall experience. The café stop before we crossed the bridge was perfectly timed and much appreciated—it certainly saved us from our growling stomachs! We truly admire Mr. Simon’s dedication and hard work as managing both the driving and guiding responsibilities on such a long itinerary is no easy task, yet he remained professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the day. Thank you, Mr. Simon for the enjoyable trip!!

I had an amazing Great Ocean Road and 12 Apostles day tour with Jensen! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip fun and enjoyable. The itinerary was well-paced, and we had enough time to enjoy each stop and take plenty of photos. One of the highlights was spotting wild koalas along the way—it was such a special experience! Seeing one up close would have made the day even more magical, but that’s all part of the excitement of wildlife. 😊 Thank you, Jensen, for making this trip so memorable. Tony was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave a thorough explanation throughout our whole 12 hours or so journey...it is such a delightful experience! Thank you for the memories!

Gids Curtis was erg enthousiast, en in het begin leek hij inderdaad wat spraakzaam. Maar later gaf hij ons ook tijd om uit te rusten. De hele tour had voldoende tijd, we voelden ons helemaal niet gehaast, hoewel sommige gasten misschien iets te laat waren. De ervaring met de stoomtrein was erg goed, ik had niet verwacht dat we er bijna 45 minuten in zouden zitten. De meeste souvenirs hoef je naar mijn mening niet te kopen; gebruik die tijd liever om foto's te maken en van het landschap te genieten. Toen we de pinguïns gingen bekijken, was ik verrast dat de gids, toen hij zag dat ik een korte rok droeg, vroeg of ik het koud had en me zelfs een warmtepakje gaf. Ik ben niet kouwelijk, dus ik gaf het warmtepakje meteen aan mijn vriendin die wel kouwelijk is. Ik raad iedereen aan om de luxe zitplaatsen te kopen, want dan zie je het hele proces van hoe ze aan land komen en weer teruggaan. Je bent dan bijna op twee handpalmen afstand van ze, wat het absoluut waard is. Nog verrassender was de sterrenhemel; het uitzicht in combinatie met de pinguïns was echt 100 punten waard. Hartelijk dank voor deze ervaring.

This is an amazing experience that you should definitely try if you plan to travel in Melbourne. Our tour guide Tony was informative and gave insights on each of the destination areas. Highly recommended!

Overall, the tour was good, although the itinerary felt a bit rushed. There were so many places to visit, but not enough time to fully enjoy each one. The highlights of our trip were definitely the rainforest tour and the Puffing Billy experience—they were absolutely superb! I’d also like to give special recognition to our tour guide, Mr. Joe Chan. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating throughout the trip. He went above and beyond by helping us take photos and videos, making sure we captured wonderful memories together. We truly appreciated his thoughtfulness and exceptional service. Thank you, Mr. Joe Chan, for making our experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to you!

Een fantastische reis! We werden begroet door onze chauffeur John. Hij is uitzonderlijk en grappig. Vriendelijk en altijd vrolijk. Zorgde ervoor dat de hele bus genoot van de reis. De ophaaltijd was vroeg, maar het was het waard. Een vlotte reis. We hebben echt genoten van deze trip. Let wel op en houd je aan de tijd die je chauffeur opgeeft. We moesten een half uur in de bus wachten op 2 meisjes na het skiën. Het zou goed zijn als elk lid van de bus zijn tijd goed plant. Al met al maakte John het allemaal beter!! Bedankt John!!

We hebben een geweldig familiebezoek gehad aan SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium. De kinderen waren dol op de pinguïns, haaien en de onderwatertunnel, en er waren tal van interactieve tentoonstellingen om ze bezig te houden. Het aquarium is schoon, kinderwagenvriendelijk en gemakkelijk te verkennen met kinderen. Het kan druk worden, maar over het algemeen is het een leuke en leerzame attractie die zeker de moeite waard is voor gezinnen met kinderen.

So fun! first time experience and found it very fun! so many animals to see. worth getting there and sticking around to the after noon where the tigers and snow leopards were more active. Staff were very friendly as well.
