I had a great experience using the Melbourne City Express airport transfer service during my recent visit to Melbourne. A special thank you to the staff member who assisted us, whose name I believe was Grace or Heather. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful from the moment we arrived. She answered our questions clearly, guided us to the correct coach, and made the boarding process smooth and stress-free. Her warm attitude gave us a wonderful first impression of Melbourne. The service was efficient and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it, especially for solo travellers or those with standard luggage. One suggestion is that larger groups with several bulky suitcases might find an Uber more suitable, as the luggage storage space on the coach is limited and can become quite crowded. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend Kimi as a tour guide! I recently took the Puffing Billy Steam Train + Phillip Island Penguin Parade day tour in Melbourne, and the entire experience was fantastic! Our guide, Kimi, was incredibly enthusiastic, patient, and professional. Throughout the trip, she shared information about the sights along the way and local Australian culture. The itinerary was also very well-planned, so we never felt rushed. The steam train was unique, and the forest scenery along the route was absolutely beautiful. Phillip Island's landscape was also stunning, and watching the little penguins waddle ashore in groups from the sea at night was truly adorable. It was a particularly memorable experience during my trip to Australia. Special thanks to Kimi for her care and arrangements throughout the day. Driving for long hours and leading a tour group is very demanding, but she was diligent and responsible the entire time, reminding everyone about timings and important details, which made the whole journey very relaxed and enjoyable. It was a very happy day, and I give Kimi a five-star recommendation! If any friends visit Melbourne in the future, I will definitely recommend this tour and Kimi as their guide! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Great Ocean Road day tour in Australia was a fantastic experience. The itinerary was very well-planned, and the timing was excellent, so we never felt rushed, yet we still got to see all the most worthwhile sights along the Great Ocean Road. We'd especially like to thank our tour guide, Michael Kim, who was incredibly professional, enthusiastic, and patient. Throughout the trip, he shared information about the attractions, history, and local characteristics along the way. At each stop, he also clearly communicated the meeting times and important notes in advance, making the entire journey very relaxed and worry-free. The scenery of the Great Ocean Road itself exceeded our expectations. The coastline, cliffs, beaches, and iconic landmarks like the Twelve Apostles were all breathtaking; every photo we took looked amazing. Along the way, we were able to appreciate Australia's magnificent natural beauty and experience the unique charm of a coastal road trip. Overall, this was a very enjoyable and memorable Great Ocean Road tour. The itinerary was well-executed, the scenery was stunning, and Tour Guide Michael Kim's service added so much to the entire trip. If you're visiting Melbourne for the first time, the Great Ocean Road is definitely worth dedicating a day to. We highly recommend this tour and Michael Kim!

Augustine is a very good bus guide, he introduce Melbourne history, Great Ocean Road details,etc., also, give us enough time to take pic and stay at each stop. Highly recommend everyone who never visit great ocean road to join.

We had such a wonderful and memorable GREAT OCEAN ROAD trip! Our guide and driver, Augustine, was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly in multiple languages, making the tour enjoyable and easy to understand for everyone. He was friendly, funny, patient, and very considerate of every passenger throughout the entire trip. You could really tell that he genuinely cared about making sure everyone was comfortable and having a great experience. Had a great time on this tour! We visited Brighton Beach, rode the Puffing Billy, and ended the day with the Penguin Parade. 🐧 Everything was well-organized and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Definitely recommend! ⭐️

The ride on the Puffing Billy steam train was truly impressive! Sitting on the open carriage window sills, dangling our legs outside, and feeling the breeze while passing through lush green forests was such an exciting experience! The penguin parade was incredible! I was grateful to see around 60 penguins—on average, about 700 penguins come out to the island each day. Australian penguins are the little penguin and irresistibly cute! I was also delighted to see baby Cape Barren Geese; they are utterly adorable! Our tour guide is knowledgeable and cares for our basic needs such as going to the bathroom and having our meals during the day. I highly recommend wearing enough clothing because Philip Island is very windy.

one of the best tours I’ve had. Luke was the driver and tour guide. He was highly knowledgeable and fantastic. I wish I had a few more days in Melbourne to book Luke for another tour. The tour (itinerary) itself was amazing and Luke made it even more memorable. I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family about how great the experience was. we started off at the Moonlit Sanctuary and fed wallabies/kangaroos. The highlight was spotting the wild wallaby as we drove to the penguins. The best part was seeing the little penguins come up from the beach and waddle up into the grass. the gift shop was great too. It was a sunny day but definitely windy. the gift shop had great embrodied jumpers and zip ups as well as blankets to purchase. I love the penguin parade. Great thank you to Luke for making it so fun too. We listened to his playlist and he sang.

I joined the Great Ocean Road tour with Go West Tours on 31 July and had an amazing day from start to finish. A huge thank you to our guide and driver, Aleks. She shared lots of interesting history, facts, and local insights that helped us better understand the places we visited. Her commentary was engaging and informative, but never overwhelming. She knew exactly when to explain things and when to give everyone some quiet time to relax, which made the long journey very comfortable. She is also an excellent driver. Despite spending the entire day on the road, the ride was smooth and I never felt uncomfortable. Aleks also knew all the best photo spots and kindly helped us take many beautiful photos throughout the trip. The whole tour was very well organised and ran smoothly from start to finish. Overall, one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend Go West Tours, and a special thanks to Aleks for making the experience so memorable! 😊
