The location of the hotel is nice. One of things we noticed is that our room isn’t well-lit. One of the lights is blinking, and the other one isn’t working, so it’s pretty dim 😅Also, the key card can be a bit irritating because it sometimes loses access when it gets too close to mobile phones or other gadgets.

it was a great hotel experience since we are all near in resto, shops and free tram zone. it is just a minute away from everything. accessible in most of the a must explore in Melbourne.🤩🤩🤩

Firstly, the hotel is located in a prime area, conveniently close to major attractions and shopping centers. The exterior and interior design of the hotel are modern and stylish, creating a luxurious atmosphere. Upon entering the lobby, I was warmly greeted by the reception staff who quickly checked me in with great efficiency and friendliness. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable with soft linens and pillows, providing the perfect rest after a long day of travel. The room amenities were top-notch, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, a coffee maker, and a well-stocked minibar. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to cater to the needs of the guests. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of my stay, offering a wide variety of delicious options, both Western and Asian cuisines. Each dish was fresh and flavorful, with a special mention to the made-to-order omelets and a fantastic selection of fruits. The attentive staff in the restaurant ensured that tables were promptly cleared and were always ready to assist with any requests. During my stay, I also took advantage of the hotel’s fitness center and swimming pool. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and provided a great way to relax and stay active. The gym was equipped with modern exercise machines, and the pool area was serene and inviting. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly remarkable. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and excellent amenities made it a memorable experience. Great location only 5 minute walk from southern cross station which is really convenient and rooms are worth the prices
