The room was clean and spacious, the room service was quick, the pool/gym/sauna was well-kept, and the front desk was very helpful. I highly recommend this establishment if you are flying out of Melbourne and need a place to stay overnight. Their shuttle service to the airport was very helpful.

Excellent service, all staff were so friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels to stay in Melbourne. Stayed at Miami hotel twice and never failed. Will for sure stay at Miami for my next visit and will recommended all to Miami hotel

Remember to put the do not disturb card outside the room door, if not they will knock your door and ask for room cleaning every morning 10am. Fantastic hotel stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was convenient. Highly recommend for a relaxing experience!
