The hotel room is nice but they didn’t return my $1 bond, even though they said they would return it.

the location is great being accessible to the nearest tram, Queen Victoria Market, Melbourne Central’s malls and restaurants. the rooms were newly renovated and bathrooms are clean. the breakfast is good but without much options especially if you are staying for long. overall, our experience is great and will recommend the hotel tonour friends

It is our first time to stay on an ibis hotel and it did not disappoint. The location is near the trams and train station. There are a lot of food sources nearby. The check-in/check-out was a breeze. We were able to map out where to stroll and dine with the help of the very accomodating front desk. We will surely stay again on an ibis hotel in the future.

the hotel facility was way better than what I imagine. the hotel reception staff was nice and easy to approach too. location is accessible to tranportation facilities like tram and bussess. I really like my stay in Ibis Hotel and appertment.

breakfast: The same kind of breakfast everyday. I hope they consider serving a variety of food every other day. cleanliness: Room is quite dated but still clean and well-maintained. Just a 5min walk to Queen Victoria Market and 10min walk to State Library transport access: 2min walk from QV Market tram station service: Staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful

located at city center, although beds are a bit small you get what you pay for and it really is a good value for its price

Our overnight stay in the accommodation was great. Staff were friendly and smiling upon checking in. The price were affordable. The location was good, close to queen Victoria market, with a shops and restaurants nearby if you’re planning to stroll around the city. Walking distance to the tram station, and 10 minutes ride via tram to the Melbourne Central. The room itself was clean, towels and toiletries were provided. Small coffee area to room was good. There’s also snack vending machine because we’re staying in 8th floor. Small medium sized long table alongside with a TV and a chair were also provided which is an ideal especially if you’re working while travelling. It was a great stay all in all. A huge thank you to the staff for your good service and warm accommodation you showed to us during our overnight stay to Ibis Hotels and Apartments. Will definitely be back next time. 😊
