The tropical orchard happened to be run by Danny, a descendant of Hong Kong immigrants, who could communicate in Cantonese. He was very helpful in explaining the uses and characteristics of various plants and was very friendly. Although he introduced products, there was no pressure to buy. However, the location is quite remote, and we had to call a taxi to come in and then take us out. Hopefully, there will be a shuttle bus in the future.

Ranjit - our driver / guide displayed high levels of hospitality. He showed us the Kek Lok Si Temple and Penang hill. He was very knowledgeable about the places and it’s history. Had a great morning doing the Countryside Bicycle Tour in Balik Pulau. Our guide Sam was super friendly and shared lots of local stories along the way. Loved the animal feeding stop, the crab farm, and the chilled drink at the farmhouse. Riding through the rice fields and coconut plantations was beautiful, Overall a really smooth and fun experience!

Enjoyed the senior-friendly tour that give us a very quick history about Penang. G-Shen explained thought the tour and made some slight adjustment to the itinerary, he is thougful like provide have a small stool to allow seniors to step into the vehicle easily.

It was an extraordinary experience with straightforward communication with the tour guide for pickup. The areas visited (Penang Hill with the funicular railway and the Kek Lok Si Temple) were impressive. Especially around the time of the New Year festival, the temple was decorated with many lanterns. There is so much to discover and see, you could spend a whole day there. It was simply great! On the way back, you can also be dropped off at a Hawker center for lunch instead of returning to the hotel hungry.

Despite the rain today, Danny handled everything with great flexibility and kept the itinerary enjoyable. His deep knowledge of Penang’s history and food culture added so much value to our visit. We also managed to visit a number of places within the 4 hours, including the Peranakan Mansion, the Food Museum, and Chew Jetty, just to name a few. Highly recommended if you are visiting Penang for the first time!

Had a wonderful morning tour with Jenny. Jenny was very engaging, shared a lot about local history and life in Penang. A very unique tour and different experience that I would recommend if you are in Penang. Balik Pulau is a beautiful countryside, the itinerary was well planned, with breakfast and lunch at local spots (also stopped by for chendol better than those in town), nutmeg factory, belachan factory and rice field. Was comfortable throughout in the car and enjoyed the insights and conversations with Jenny!

A wonderful day spent with the tour guide package we took for kek lok si temple and penanghill .But unfortunately penang hill got cancelled as tree fell on train track there.Still the guide operators where kind enough to refund and as an extra a free tour of Georgetown .Eventhough we explored but didn't have enough time to explore the Georgetown completely ,the tour guide completed our trip.
Very happy with our guide GShen ,an interactive and helpful person .well knowledged about locality and culture. Recommend the tour guide experience to all. Thankyou Gshen

The ATV experience was guided by TCL ATV Extreme through the palm tree lined forest and through to the coast. It was a great experience to drive through the rice paddies in the morning. The guides did a safety demonstration before we started. This package guarantees a ride transfer from your hotel and back, avoiding the need to wait for a Grab. We had a short delay with our morning pick up and we're reassigned a driver at the last minute. The driver helped to let the agent know and we were ultimately on our way over an hour after pick up time.
