Great, the office location is easy to find. After you see Starbucks, head inside and go to the second floor to exchange your boat tickets (remember to pick up your passport after registration!). Then, go to the first floor and wait for the boat to depart. You'll hand over your passport before boarding.

They sent precise instructions via whatsapp 3-4 days prior to the voyage. However waiting for 1.5hrs after check in feels abit too excessive. Maybe can adjust to 45mins-1hr.

The ATV ride, hike, and swim at the Seven Wells Waterfall were absolutely amazing! What made the experience even more memorable was our guide, Safuan.
He went above and beyond, especially in helping my 72-year-old father, who had some difficulty riding the ATV. Without hesitation, Safuan offered to take him as a passenger throughout the entire ride, ensuring he could still enjoy the experience safely and comfortably.
During the 15-minute hike to the waterfall, Safuan was incredibly patient, attentive, and supportive of my dad every step of the way. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference to our family.
Thank you so much, Safuan, for making our trip easier, more enjoyable, and truly unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Langkawi!

I had a great experience riding a gokart with my friend here at night, everything went smoothly from signing the waiver, having a safety briefing and putting my stuff into the locker before riding the gokart. Highly recommend if you are looking for a bit of thrill!!

I had a tiring but great time here at Skytrex. I was the only one there during my session but I had the female instructor who was there tailing me through all the obstacles I went through to make sure I wasn't hurt and I could reach out to her if I needed help, highly recommended!!!

With good weather, in the Cable Car you get to enjoy the view of the high mountains, the sea and even managed to spot waterfalls among the rainforest. The SkyGlide was a cramped one though. Hot and packed. My advice is, go down by the stairs so that you skip the waiting time that can go up to 30mins. (We were lucky to miss the 30mins wait as we went in before lunch time in the morning). You can then choose to take the SkyGlide when returning to take the SkyCab. To return via the stairway is a tiring ascending way up trip. The SkyBridge is rather short walking distance but has good view of the surrounding. 3D Art Museum was fun. You need to participate and take all of the fun shots to enjoy it. The SkyDome was ok. Kids will enjoy the show I supposed. The SkyRex was temporaily closed when we were there in early September.

You must love underwater creatures to enjoy this and there are also non sea creatures like birds, marmoset, iguana and other reptiles. The santuary has a pretty good exotic species like Goby fish, Puffer fish, Morays. Not as big as Japan’s and Singapore’s but we still enjoy it.

This is best itinerary I supposed if you have no plan to get wet. You get to feed the Monkeys, watch brown eagle feed on the chicken skin, get down the boat and walk into a cave to see Bat sleeping, get on a Kelong and touch some exotic species like Porcupine Sea Urchin and Zebra Shark! The view of Kilm Geo Forest is nice as always. This is actually my second time with this tour. Still enjoys it.

Had an amazing time on the Langkawi Island Hopping tour! The speedboat ride was thrilling and well-organized. We visited some beautiful spots and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Island
