Tour is very comfortable, and the tour guide is very informative and communicative. Certain unavoidable delays because of snow storm happened, but nevertheless, we were able to come back earlier because of our guide. Ningle terrace is not passable die to the snow storm, but enjoyed the snow mobile so much because of the winter wonderland view!

Joined the Asahiyama Zoo, Shikisai no Oka, Snow Mobile, Ningle Terrace, and Lonely Tree tour, and it was such a memorable and well-paced experience. Every stop felt worth it—from watching the penguins waddle, to riding through powder snow, to ending the night in the cozy glow of Ningle Terrace.
A huge thank you to our tour guide, Hikaru. He was such a jolly and energetic host the entire day. He even messaged us early in the morning on WhatsApp to remind us of the departure time, and he replied quickly whenever asked for the exact schedule for each stop. His communication made everything smooth and stress‑free.
Just a friendly reminder to fellow travelers: please follow the departure times. The schedule is tight, and the bus really leaves on time—you will be left behind if you don’t return promptly. The day runs so much better when everyone cooperates.
Overall, highly recommended for anyone who wants a convenient, scenic, and well-guided Hokkaido experience.

Mr. Hong, our tour guide, is very patient and gives facts about the destinations. We enjoyed the Asahiyama zoo, beauty of the Shirahige Falls, Blue Pond in winter, and a fairytale dream in Ningle Terrace. Just a suggestion: Maybe the tour can be adjusted to more hours in Asahiyama Zoo and Ningle Terrace to be in night time or when the sun sets to appreciate it more. Overall - 5 ⭐️

Great day trip from Sapporo to see southern Hokkaido. our guide Serina was excellent bridging 2 languages, keeping everyone on time, and flexing the schedule to the groups needs. we lucked out with a clear day so Mt Yotei was out in full force with beautiful clear skies. I’d definitely keep an eye on this as if it wasn’t good weather I could see that being a bit of a let down. but for us it was perfect weather and a perfect guide. thanks again Serina!

The tourguide is very easy to speak with and has patience even though other people are not going back to the bus on time. I had a great tour. I would recommend this tour to explore the famous spots in Hokkaido.

I participated in late February, and the focus of this tour is whether the icebreaker can reach the sea area with drift ice. The drift ice drifts in from other places, and I was very lucky to actually see the icebreaker using drills to break the ice floes. Actually, even if you don't see the drift ice, it's still a good experience. For this tour, the last ship to depart on the day of registration (4:30 PM) is always chosen. On that day, the captain sailed for an extra half hour to let us see 10 minutes of icebreaking, so this last ship really has the benefits of being the last one. The sunset scenery on the sea is also great. Of course, driving from Sapporo directly to Mombetsu takes 4 hours, with two rest stops in between, so the ride is a bit tiring. But thanks to the guide's attentiveness, the whole trip became interesting. In addition, the group members were informed of all the details of the trip and boarding, making the whole trip very smooth. If the weather is good, you can arrive at the port of the Mombetsu icebreaker earlier and take a stroll around the area. But the other activities, such as seeing seals or taking a bus to an observation deck, and the ice sculptures and fireworks at night, I personally thought were just okay, serving as accompaniments to the main event. The key is whether you can set sail. If the weather is very bad, the sailing will be canceled, and seeing the drift ice was very moving!

Thank you to our guide, Risa (or perhaps Lisa?) from Qingdao, for leading us. The whole trip was very smooth, also thanks to the punctuality of the group members and the driver's snow driving skills. This Sapporo trip was a wish come true for me. I've wanted to come for ten years, but various reasons meant I didn't have the chance until I was in my 40s. When planning the itinerary, places like Lake Toya and the Ice Waterfall Festival were really hard to reach without driving. Luckily there's Klook. I used Klook in Okinawa before to get to many places, and it didn't disappoint this time either. Although I was the only Hong Kong man in the whole group, the overall experience was excellent. Thank you to everyone for making my trip so fulfilling.

it was a tight schedule but to be honest it was really very good for the budget. you got to see a lot of places in one day. traffic is a bit worse at night so we havd little time for the last trip (beer museum). our guide was very helpful with a nice personality.

Much better than expected, mostly thanks to our tour guide, Meifang. Her flexibility and humanity made the tour enjoyable for everyone. The tour guide is very knowledgeable and explained every attraction in detail, making me understand the value of visiting them. For example, when we went to Lake Toya, the weather was bad and we couldn't see the scenery, but she told us which yogurt pudding and horse oil were only available locally, and that the store was family-run, which I found very interesting. I wasn't planning on riding a snowmobile, but a good tour guide doesn't make you feel like you're being pushed to buy things, and I'm glad I participated because it was the most fun experience. Meifang's greatest strength is her flexibility. When we arrived at the ice cream shop, there was a long queue, so she directly tallied the people who wanted to buy it and bought tickets for the group, and the queue disappeared. Also, due to heavy snow on the last day, there was a traffic jam in Sapporo, so she immediately suggested going to the JR station so we could transfer to a train early and be dismissed earlier. Although the traffic cleared up in the end and we didn't do that, she was great. I usually get carsick, but luckily there were a lot of people that day and we were on a big bus, and the driver, Lei Ge, drove steadily, so I didn't get sick. The only downside was that the person sitting next to me was sick and didn't wear a mask, and kept coughing and sneezing throughout the trip. I got sick the next day as expected!
