the shifen water fall is the best , i wish we could have just skipped the cats and spend more tome in shifen water falls but over all its good! the tour guide let me borrow the umbrella

Our Shifen sky lantern experience was unforgettable! We came with wishes written on our lantern and left with tons of happy memories (and a lot of photos 😄). The staff were super friendly, energetic, and patient—they made sure our lantern was ready, guided us through every step, and became our personal photographers for the moment. Wonderful and well-organized tour! Yehliu, Yin & Yang Sea, Shifen, and Jiufen were all beautiful places to visit. Special thanks to our guide Kevin Chang for making the trip so enjoyable. He is very skilled at photography & videography and captured lot of of amazing photos & videos for us, He never tires of capturing amazing clicks and voluntarily took a lot of photos. This tour is super worth it! Although time is a little short in each stop, the convenience of not having to transfer to a different bus or train makes it worth the while especially for us who are first time visitors. Our tour guide Mr. Cheney Cheng is very approachable and guided us well! Highly recommended for people who have trouble with directions and navigation as well as those with kids, elderly, and people with disability.

It was a very nice and pleasant experience. It's a sunny day, we went there with a tour bus which walked us to the store itself, then we got given the 4-colour lantern and provided with black calligraphy pen to write our wishes, each colour represent a different area of life, e.g. health and wealth etc. We wrote our lantern inside the shop before going outdoor. There are staff using our phones to taking photos and videos of us on the train track and gave us poses to take pictures of the different sides of the lantern.

booked last minute and totallt worth it. Jiufen at night have lots of vibes and brightness compared in a day. out tour guide francess also accommodating and make some suggestions where to go. she also assisted us in securing a window sear in amei tea house. thank you!
