Things to do in Keelung Miaokou Night Market

I highly recommend visiting Keelung Islet. The scenery is beautiful, and the sea breeze is refreshing. However, be sure to wear sunscreen, as there isn't much shade on the island.

This trip was easily the highlight of my Keelung trip! We first set off into the seas with a seafood dinner before we got the chance to enjoy the boat ride and see the sunset. After that, they gave us time to do some actual fishing (which they taught us how to). It was such a cool experience, and we could see the fish swimming around under the water too. For the last part of our trip, we followed a boat that was doing a very unique fishing method called Fire Fishing. It was amazing seeing the fish jump out from the sea at the sight of the fire. Overall, it was an amazing trip, but I hope they can make the fishing part a bit longer (maybe they could shorten the travel time a bit or the fire fishing watching). I also really appreciate them being so friendly and accommodating, even though I can only speak English.

It was pretty alright, the view from Bitoujia was beautiful but the weather in the summer is really scorching hot too! The hike is beginner friendly but it wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with disabilities or difficulty walking. Keelung night market had some delicious food

It's a lot of fun! You can snorkel, dive, and kayak. The instructor is very kind and nice. It's also very safe, with hardly any waves.

The main car park was full by the time we got there at 0930. Luckily they offer shuttle bus between the overflow carpark and the geopark on weekends.

The scenery along the Bitou Cape Trail is delightful, with the mountains, sea, and sky each offering their own grandeur. In the afternoon, we visited Heping Island Geopark, walking a full loop along the circular trail to admire the various sea-eroded landscapes, once again marveling at the wonders of nature. This trip was well-organized, and our guide, Vincent, provided explanations throughout, helping foreign visitors better understand the attractions of Taiwan's Northeast Coast. The driver was also very steady and reliable. I highly recommend this experience to everyone! 👍

The original 9 AM meeting time for the four-in-one tour was changed to 10 AM via email, which I acknowledged. However, at 9:35 AM on the day of the tour, I received a call asking why I wasn't at the meeting point, claiming it was already time. I provided a screenshot of the email as proof. They didn't acknowledge their mistake in notifying me of the flight change, simply saying the times were close enough. I cannot agree with such a casual approach. Fortunately, I arrived early at the port for breakfast and managed to catch up. The boat's facilities were very new. After the coastal trail guided tour, reaching the summit felt very rushed, so half the people on the boat didn't make it to the top. The time allocation was a bit insufficient. The itinerary is excellent and worth visiting Keelung Islet. The weather that day was superb, and the scenery was magnificent. The guided commentary was also very good, and I clearly saw the spectacular Keelung Sill.

the trip was one of the best.. although the hiking was a bit tiring, the view was superb… our tour guide Aaron was so accommodating and very fun to be with.. highly recommended tour… we really enjoyed it…
