Love the place, super quiet but luxurious quality. Room is spacious enough for a solo traveler like myself. Staff are friendly as well. Subway station is just outside the hotel. 7eleven, starbucks and various restaurants are all around the area. Has direct access to a drugstore as well, perfect for your grocery. Would definitely reco to my family and friends! Thank you guys! 🙏

Osaka Hotel Granvia makes me feel deeply that it's my home in Japan when I travel to Osaka; it's so familiar. This is already my third stay. Among countless options, I always choose this one because no other hotel can compare. With the Grand Green park half-completed, walking through it, whether day or night, is incredibly relaxing and fully satisfies the healing sensation of traveling abroad. Hotel Granvia itself represents the best in food, clothing, housing, and transportation. There's a Harves supermarket on B1, and numerous major shopping malls. Most importantly, the connecting passages between each mall are exceptionally well-designed, which is one of the prime examples of Japanese railway economics at its finest. All its amazing qualities speak for themselves.

We had a wonderful stay, and we would especially like to thank the front desk and housekeeping team. They were extremely attentive and thoughtful, providing extra tissues, towels and slippers whenever needed and keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We had requested a quiet, higher-floor room and extra tissues due to personal needs, and all of our requests were kindly accommodated. We truly appreciated their attention to detail and genuine care for guests.
The location is incredibly convenient—less than a 3-minute walk to Yotsubashi Station, with a 24-hour AEON supermarket downstairs and Shinsaibashi shopping street about a 10-minute walk away. Our only minor suggestion would be to have slightly stronger shower water pressure, although the current pressure was already perfectly adequate. We would happily stay here again.

Transportation: about 5-7 minutes walk to the JR line.
Cleanliness: very clean, room service upon request, fresh towels every day.
Service: luggage storage, luggage forwarding to the next hotel or airport. The hotel itself has washing machines and dryers, as well as an onsen and a 7-Eleven inside.
Location: about 10-15 minutes walk to Dotonbori. We recommend the hotel. They accommodate guests' requests. Rooms: accessible double room is very large.

We had an early morning flight, so we arrived at the hotel around 1 PM. I originally just wanted to drop off our luggage, but to my surprise, the front desk staff immediately told me that even though it wasn't check-in time yet, our room was ready and we could check in early! Wow! That was fantastic 👏, we could go straight to our room and rest! The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the environment was very clean. Aside from the breakfast being quite ordinary, I think everything else was great. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the main attractions, which means a lot of walking or taxi fares! I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing trip!

It is very convenient, located right by the Namba Station B8 exit. It can be a bit confusing if you are visiting for the first time. During our stay, there was construction in front of the hotel, which ruined the atmosphere a little bit, but there was no noise. The hotel provides everything: ice, water, tea, coffee, toothbrushes, pajamas, and lotions—truly complete. The luggage storage service is also great and easy to use.

service: they have excellent service plus if you are a koko member you will have 1 hour free late check out. In the room they have bathrooms na sobra linis at bathtub. Meron na shampoo, conditioner at body wash. Meron pa hand wash/ facial wash. Hinde mo nadin need mag dala ng bath towel kasi Meron na din sila. With toothpaste and toothbrush, slippers and pajamas. Meron nadin blower if gusto mo maligo sa gabi Hinde kana mahirapan mag patuyo ng hair. Super relaxing dito sa Koko hotel. I highly recommended pag budget friendly hanap mo.

When planning our first trip to Japan with the kids, I was debating where to stay, and this place was a perfect pick! It was such a relief and so welcoming to find a Korean staff member at the front desk. The hotel was within walking distance of Namba Station, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi. It was quiet at night, but there were convenience stores (FamilyMart, Lawson) nearby, which was great for late-night snacks. The real highlight, though, was the large public bath on the 17th floor. After walking 20,000 steps each day, I could relax and recover in the bath, ready to walk another 20,000 steps the next day! We also tried the breakfast, and the natto and tofu were delicious; overall, the food was quite good. Next time I visit Osaka with the kids, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. We had a wonderful stay!

I'll definitely choose this accommodation in Osaka again next time. It's friendly, clean, and they provide daily cleaning service and replace disposable amenities—it's the best. The public bath was too hot for me to enter, but thanks to the large bath where I could wash with my child, we had a refreshing bath. Every day, the beginning and end of our pleasant memories were cozy and comfortable.
