It's very confusing going from Umeda(Osaka station) to Hotel. It's not very clear and needs more signs along the route. Hotel staff are very nice and also hotel is of high standard.

Hotel is directly above the huge Yodabashi Camera department store and food hall and across the street from Osaka Station making it extremely convenient to shop, hop on the JR and Metro to see other parts of the city, and find places to eat. We had a room with 4 beds which was very spacious. Breakfast buffet is fantastic with an extensive variety of both western and traditional Japanese options.

Love staying here every year! The staff are super helpful and speak english very well. What I like most about this hotel is that it is located in Links Umeda. There are so many places to shop without leaving the hotel building. The restaurants and food options are incredible!

We family of 6pax stay 8nights, our 2nd time staying this hotel. Love this location. However this round many restaurants are having revamped but there are plenty of food selection within walking distance. Will definitely come back again.
