The guide contacted us 1 day prior departure, full information of information about the trip provided. Meet up points is very convenient,seating assigned based on number. Our guide Amanda is very helpful and kind, we get cookies n postcard from her. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to Amanda

Frank was an excellent guide. He was informative, efficient, and very personable! He used WhatsApp to send us google pins and photos throughout the day so the group could split up and explore on their own, yet find our way back to the bus or different sites very easily. This was a great value. We were able to see ALOT of things in one day and gather ideas for places we want to explore more. Our bus had USB-C and USB-A ports in each pair of seats and we were able to keep our phones and cameras charged all day between stops. The Bus also had WiFi, which was good enough for me to backup my photos and GoPro to the cloud on the 1hr transit times between our major stops. Some people had travel suitcases as they were coming from various places, and they were able to store their luggage under the bus for the day. You could easily travel to Kyoto or Osaka, keep your luggage on you all day, and end the tour at your next transit site. HIGHLY recommend this tour for many reason! Super easy!

What an amazing Tour!! Amy (Happy Usagi/ Bunny) made it extra special! She had arranged little snacks and a small gift. she also offered help when she saw help was needed or assistance. She is very friendly, proactive and such a great guide. She made sure we saw everything and shared her tips and tricks to every spot we went to. The Tour was comfortable and quiet relaxing for such a fun and packed day! I had my 2 daughters with me (8 years old and 13 years old), they had a great time the WHOLE DAY!! The tour was set in an easy pace but it was so action packed. Please if u want a stress free day with lots of things to do, Please pick Amy as your guide. Her English is amazing! Her personality is so cute. I will definitely reach out to her personally on our next Trip back.

Good tour cover main attractions that are just enough and not too tiring. Also suitable for old people, kids. There is not much walking so it’s a good break from some tiring days taking train around. Tour guide Zoey is very accommodating and helpful. The drive was smooth.

We really enjoyed our tour, our tour guide Rick was really helpful and gave lots of tips and was very clear where the meeting points where to get back on the bus and even sent a WhatsApp pin 20 minutes before. It was a great day, very organised and it went really quick as we had a lot of fun.

Tomo not only ran a good tour, but he did it in two different languages, made sure everyone was taken care of at all times, and was lots of fun. The activities on the tour were as described and very nice. I actually missed the bus out due to problems with my phone! but he found a way I could catch up with the group without disrupting others, and the rest of the day was perfect!!

My husband has a fascination with pigs so I knew I had to book this experience. We booked the hour in the main room and it was so fun! It was fun to see who the piglets would walk over too. They loved my husband and thankfully I usually had one at a time. The staff were so kind and made sure if someone didn't have one to try and bring a lone pig over.

I've been booking with Klook since 2018, and this is my first time joining a tour with such an organized tour guide who also makes great use of technology to keep everyone informed.
Big thanks to our tour guide, Lui, for making sure everyone was enjoying the trip and keeping us updated throughout the tour. He was very attentive, and I really appreciated how he used multiple languages, including English, when sharing information with the group.
The Amanohashidate and Ine trip was really enjoyable. The itinerary wasn't too packed, but we still got to experience beautiful places without feeling exhausted from rushing from one attraction to another. It was a nice, relaxing trip.
Will definitely keep booking with Klook for my future travels.
