The location is excellent and very convenient. However, some of the hotel staff seemed to lack energy and patience during our stay. I can understand that they may be dealing with many demanding and noisy guests, which can be challenging. One area that definitely needs improvement is the carpeting. The carpet had a noticeable old, musty smell, possibly mixed with cigarette odor. Since I have a sensitive nose, the smell made my nose runny and congested throughout my stay. Replacing or deep-cleaning the carpets would greatly improve the guest experience.

Service wasn’t as great compared to other hotels. Also their descriptions for the number of occupants vs bed is off. The beds are small and not the normal queen size bed.

Stayed with kids

Great location, close to train stations and shopping malls. The staff were very friendly, with basic ammenities provided after check in. The cafe attached to the hotel served great food at a lower cost than the hotel buffet for breakfast. The room was slightly smaller than others we have had in our Japan travels, so it was a tight squeeze for my family of 4, however the lovely deep bath compensated for this. Would definitely stay here again.
