Hotels near Shin-Osaka Station

We had a wonderful stay, and we would especially like to thank the front desk and housekeeping team. They were extremely attentive and thoughtful, providing extra tissues, towels and slippers whenever needed and keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We had requested a quiet, higher-floor room and extra tissues due to personal needs, and all of our requests were kindly accommodated. We truly appreciated their attention to detail and genuine care for guests. The location is incredibly convenient—less than a 3-minute walk to Yotsubashi Station, with a 24-hour AEON supermarket downstairs and Shinsaibashi shopping street about a 10-minute walk away. Our only minor suggestion would be to have slightly stronger shower water pressure, although the current pressure was already perfectly adequate. We would happily stay here again.

We had an early morning flight, so we arrived at the hotel around 1 PM. I originally just wanted to drop off our luggage, but to my surprise, the front desk staff immediately told me that even though it wasn't check-in time yet, our room was ready and we could check in early! Wow! That was fantastic 👏, we could go straight to our room and rest! The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the environment was very clean. Aside from the breakfast being quite ordinary, I think everything else was great. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the main attractions, which means a lot of walking or taxi fares! I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing trip!

Love the place, super quiet but luxurious quality. Room is spacious enough for a solo traveler like myself. Staff are friendly as well. Subway station is just outside the hotel. 7eleven, starbucks and various restaurants are all around the area. Has direct access to a drugstore as well, perfect for your grocery. Would definitely reco to my family and friends! Thank you guys! 🙏

This was my second stay at this hotel with my kids, and it continues to deliver great value for money. The beds were exceptionally comfy and spacious enough for all of us to get a restful night's sleep. While the room and bathroom were on the compact side, typical for hotel standards in Japan, they were clean and equipped. Once again, the public onsen was a standout feature and a highlight of our trip. We will definitely revisit and highly recommend this hotel to families traveling in the area!

Osaka Hotel Granvia makes me feel deeply that it's my home in Japan when I travel to Osaka; it's so familiar. This is already my third stay. Among countless options, I always choose this one because no other hotel can compare. With the Grand Green park half-completed, walking through it, whether day or night, is incredibly relaxing and fully satisfies the healing sensation of traveling abroad. Hotel Granvia itself represents the best in food, clothing, housing, and transportation. There's a Harves supermarket on B1, and numerous major shopping malls. Most importantly, the connecting passages between each mall are exceptionally well-designed, which is one of the prime examples of Japanese railway economics at its finest. All its amazing qualities speak for themselves.

My stay at The Basement Hotel Osaka Honmachi was excellent. The hotel is very close to Honmachi Station, making it incredibly convenient to get to Shinsaibashi, Namba, or Umeda. The transportation access is superb. The room was clean and comfortable, but what truly impressed me was the soundproofing. I've stayed in many hotels, and the sound insulation here is exceptionally good. I was barely disturbed by outside noise at night, allowing for a restful sleep. The bathroom had strong water pressure, and the hot water was consistently available and heated up quickly. The hairdryer was also powerful, which saved a lot of time for those with long hair. On B1, there are coin-operated washer/dryers, as well as free ice and paper cups, which is very convenient for independent travelers. The 14th-floor lounge offers complimentary desserts in the afternoon, and free alcoholic beverages are available in the evening, enhancing the overall stay. Additionally, there are free daily craft activities to participate in, which is a unique touch. Overall, I was satisfied with the facilities, transportation convenience, and service quality. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka and highly recommend it to everyone! ❤️

Hotel Location: Awesome! Lawson is right downstairs, a 7-Eleven is just a few steps away, and transportation is very convenient. It takes about a 10-minute walk to get to the downtown area for a late-night snack. I have to say, the location of this place is amazing! Highly recommended. Service: The front desk staff is extremely friendly, so there's no need to worry even if you don't speak Japanese! They give step-by-step instructions, and every staff member has a great attitude! Kudos to them for their hard work. Cleanliness: The room is clean, but overall it's small. However, that doesn't bother us since it's very affordable. The only minor drawback this time was that one side of the bed was higher than the other—it seemed like it might be broken? But it didn't affect our sleep, so we didn't mention it to the front desk! Overall, I highly recommend staying here when visiting Osaka!!
