The location is excellent; you don't even need to leave Shin-Osaka Station to get there. There are many gourmet food options and souvenir shops in the station's underground area. However, the hotel rooms are very, very small.

I had a very comfortable stay at Hotel LiVEMAX Umeda in Osaka. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were efficient and accommodating, making everything quick and easy.
The location is convenient, with easy access to Umeda area, nearby stations, convenience stores, and food options within walking distance. It’s a good base for exploring Osaka.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable enough for a relaxing stay after a long day of traveling. Overall, it offers great value for money and a simple, comfortable experience for both short and longer stays.

Cleanliness: Very clean with a great sense of space.
Hotel Location: Chayamachi feels quiet. It's not too far to walk to Hankyu Sanbangai, and there are restaurants and convenience stores. It's also not too far to Umeda!

Aside from being a bit of a walk from Umeda Station and the department store area, and the soundproofing on the roof being a little poor, there are no other downsides. Although breakfast is a set menu, it tastes good, and the hotel staff are all very enthusiastic. There's even one staff member who can communicate in Chinese. The toiletries and hairdryer are high-end, the bathtub is large, the shower pressure is excellent, and the high floor offers a fantastic view. It was a very good stay.

Easy to get by from the airport using the subway & train. Super convenient to Daimaru, Takashimaya & Tokyo Station. Hotel is very clean & staff are helpful & friendly
