Fantastic
This hotel was very nice, clean, and quiet. It's in a pretty good location, near a couple of different train stations so you can get around pretty easily. It's also not too far from Dotonbori so if you want to do some shopping in the day or at night this is a pretty good place to stay since it's pretty walkable. Also lots of small restaurants around the area as well as konbinis for some late night snacks. I even received a free room upgrade upon checkin. A pretty good place to stay in Osaka.

More coin operated laundry. Maybe separate washer and dryer so it wont take 120 mins to wash and dry 3 kg of clothes. Other than that, the stay was excellent.

Good

Stayed with kids

Ok if you’re lookigg my for a budget-friendly stay in Osaka. However, it’s not within walking distance to any major sights or attractions, so you must take some form of transportation to get to places like Dotonburi or Osaka Castle. Also, the rooms are very tight without window views, so it’s fine for just sleeping. Although, lots of good food options nearby plus 7eleven and Lawson so you’ll never go hungry or run out of supplies while traveling. Staff was friendly and liked the laundry machines that were available onsite.

Good

Stayed with family · For friends and family

Was all fine - very surprised that they are unable to send luggage unless the receiver pays. Never seen this in my years and years of travelling throughout Japan. Very disappointing and wasted lots of time then having to find a Yamato... Breakfast was ok. All the bread/ pastries were packaged up so nothing fresh at all. Room and comfort as expected.
