Solo stay

Solo Travel Review: I'd recommend this hotel if staying in Osaka. Very safe and quiet area and is walk distance to a grocery store, family mart, and 7-11. As far as the hotel itself; the staff was very friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. The check-in process was very fast and they received my luggage from a other hotel. The room itself was very clean and decent size for a solo traveler. Only thing I would note is that this hotel doesn't ship out luggage to other hotels; you may need to use the family mart or 7-11 to ship out your luggage.

My room was not clean. I could see dust accumulated on the walls and near vents. They can change your towels and take the garbage out if you request it before 8 am in the morning( I guess you should think of it the night before?) If you sleep in and don't put the sign by this time- they will not do anything. This hotel was my last stop on my trip to Japan and I was unpleasantly surprised by the this type of service. Breakfast which was included in the stay(not the buffet) was something that I opted out because the cup of miso soup and two pieces of rice dish (sorry I don't know the name). The positive side is the location - steps away from the subway. Nevertheless, I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location almost next door to the metro, there is a 24hr family mart across the road, that do luggage delivery if needed, a supermarket next door to the right and a nice cafe to left and round the corner is a 7/11. Its only a couple of stops to Dotonbori. The hotel offers a variety of amenities and the free breakfast is a bonus.
