Everyone speaks English thank god! Also, I love that they had complimentary coffee until 10pm and a scale to use to weigh my luggage before heading to airport!

Stayed with partner

This hotel is really surprising me, I stayed 5 night and they only cleaned once. I have to cleaned my room by myself every day and get towels by myself. This is totally unacceptable. I stayed in hotel not in my home. The breakfast was disgusting, barely nothing to eat. They try to save the cost and make the egg like soup. Anyway ,It is not worth my money.

Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The room location was perfect. Quiet but near everything you need. Not too far from all the fun at Dontonbori and plenty of food and shopping within walking distance.
