The trip was lovely, everything was very well planned and met expectations. The views on mount Fuji were stunning. The driver also as a guide was very helpful & nuce, thanks Ms Wu for this wonderful trip!

The overall experience of this two-day, one-night trip was excellent. The tour guide's arrangements were very smooth, and their time management was superb, making the entire journey relaxed and stress-free. Along the way, they would introduce upcoming attractions and important notes in advance, which helped us understand the itinerary better and built anticipation. Our interactions throughout the trip were easy and natural, creating a great atmosphere. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, five-star rating!

Going after 3 pm is absolutely the way to go, the tickets are so much cheaper and once the sun goes down its the most beautiful place on Earth. I don't enjoy rides very much but the park still had so many things to keep me entertained. I only wish I had brought my kids with me, they would have loved it!

Enoshima Aquarium is a lovely place to visit, especially if you enjoy marine life and relaxing ocean views. The aquarium is clean and well-organized, with a nice variety of sea creatures to explore. The dolphin show is a highlight fun and engaging, with the beautiful seaside backdrop making it even more special. It’s not too crowded if you go at the right time, and the overall atmosphere is calm and enjoyable. A great spot for a peaceful and memorable outing.

great views,great performance by allan the "shogun" tour guide.. he has deeply knowledge about the tourism object.. his way to giving us the route are briliant and make us comfortable in rainy season..

The aquarium was great dolphin show was incredible. A little confusing getting around but other than that the vibe was great stayed until closing. The gift shops were cute and we did the fish pedicure highly recommend

Best Guide Won Yang!!!!! Hakone & Mt. Fuji One-Day Tour Review 🗻 (feat. The Best Guide Ever) As the highlight of my Tokyo trip, I went on a Hakone & Mt. Fuji one-day tour. It was the most memorable day of this trip, and at the heart of it was our incredibly kind guide, Won Yang!!! From the early morning meeting point in Shinjuku, our guide greeted each person with a bright smile and took care of us. On the bus ride, they explained the history of Mt. Fuji and various sights and information about Hakone, so there was never a dull moment. It wasn't just about guiding us to places; they also thoughtfully provided detailed information in advance, like the best times to use the restroom and how long until the next activity, which made us feel very comfortable. The itinerary was packed, including a Hakone cruise and a hot spring village, making me wonder how it was possible to fit so much into one day. Yet, the guide's expertise ensured the schedule was well-distributed so we didn't feel tired. What was most impressive was their attitude towards people. They patiently waited for the elderly members of our group to match their walking pace and answered even small questions with a smile, never showing any sign of annoyance. On the way back, despite what must have been a tiring day, their bright voice and dedication to getting us back safely felt truly sincere. It made me realize how much meeting a good guide can transform the quality of a trip. If you're considering a Hakone & Mt. Fuji tour, I highly, highly recommend Guide Won Yang. The day was rainy but the open air Museum was still fantastic! such beautiful place! we bought umbrellas in the museum (only 5.5AUD) and enjoyed our visit. Our favourite was the beautiful forest walk, kids play area and foot bath. Such beautiful place with so much to do!!

Amazing for all car lovers cannot emphasise how good. get a chance to see all sorts of jdm cars. are driver Daiki was very kind and helpful and was very talkative and offered to take photos. he has a very beautiful skyline. incredible experience would definitely do it again
