The venue isn't very large, but it has many different kinds of small animals, such as guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, lizards, sloths, owls, and foxes. The capybara was the most pleasant surprise for me; it stood there obediently and didn't resist being petted or held. There were also some playing in a bathtub. My son and I both loved it very much.

Vic did a fantastic job leading the run today. The route was well-planned and the pace was perfect. What really stood out was how he handled the unexpected early closure of Autobacs for CNY. Instead of just ending the day there, he went above and beyond by compensating us for the lost hours. It’s rare to find a leader who takes that much accountability for the group's experience. Highly recommended!

Would definitely recommend this tour. great value for money- small personalised group (ours was only 4 and this is apparently the norm). Even if your a regular race-goer Tokyo racecourse and the Japanese system is totally different and without this tour and our guide we would not have enjoyed, experienced everything, gained such great seats or understood the day as much as we did. it’s also a way to enjoy Tokyo like a local - we were practically the only tourists there!

This was by far the most precious and heartwarming experience of my Japan trip so far. I was missing my dog from back home and thought this was a good way to interact with animals and I had never experienced pigs up close before. My favorite was "yoshiro", who nuzzles his little snout into any crevice he can. The attendant was very accommodating and kind, and you can tell these pigs are well taken care of, I had like 4 pigs fighting to cuddle in my lap. 100/10 would recommend this to anyone with the spare funds.

The training was the best I’ve had and I’ve been on 6 Segway tours before today - A few practices never taught before. Nothing new by now but wished they were taught when I started. Nobu San & Olli San were excellent, very friendly, informative and safety focused. Got exactly what I asked for—my inspo nails turned out perfect! The manicurist was detail-oriented and made the whole experience really enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend. The salon is located next to the pharmacy—just take the elevator up to her suite. She also speaks great English, so communication was easy.

The hotel is new and clean, with enough space in the room to open two large suitcases. The room window offers city views and a framed view of Mount Fuji, and on clear days, you can also see the sunset. The Refa hairdryer provided in the room is excellent. There's also a wardrobe, microwave, and washing machine, making it suitable for guests on longer trips. Although the hotel is not directly connected to a subway station, it's just a few minutes' walk to both Minatomirai Station and Sakuragicho Station. There are also several shopping malls within a few hundred meters. The lobby and rooftop garden face Yokohama Bay and offer plenty of seating, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The only downside is that the Sky Pool is explicitly for display only and not for swimming, and the jacuzzi is extremely small, only suitable for photos. You must wear a swimsuit to enter, but the weekday operating hours are from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, which means I wasn't at the hotel during those times, so I didn't use it. I tried breakfast one day and found it to be quite good. Overall, the hotel experience was positive, and at less than 900 Hong Kong dollars per night, it offers excellent value for money. I would consider staying here again if I return to Yokohama.

Super convenient transportation, right next to the railway. Easy to reach with luggage. The sound of the train passing by is not noisy. There is a convenience store and a coffee shop downstairs. Breakfast is arranged directly at the coffee shop, which is great!! Complete amenities are available in the lobby. The hotel is clean and tidy. Staying in a connecting room is very comfortable. A hotel I would like to stay at again next time~!
