You don't need to exchange your ticket upon arrival; you can go directly to the boarding line. Just show your e-ticket on your phone to the staff, and you can board immediately. Only those wishing to purchase a special room need to queue to buy it first. We were very lucky with the weather that day; Mount Fuji was clearly visible, and the photos turned out beautifully, like a painting.

although it was raining in the afternoon but I really enjoyed the tour. Erina was so helpful and always assisting us, she’s friendly and always smiling and of course…beautiful hehe. THANK YOU so much ERINA👍

We had a wonderful experience on this tour. Our tour guide, Wanting, was fantastic. She explained everything clearly, shared lots of interesting facts along the way, and was always friendly, helpful, and well organized. She made the trip enjoyable from start to finish. The tour itself was quite busy, but it was absolutely worth it. Seeing the pirate ship, Mt. Fuji, the Torii Gate, and the beautiful lake was an unforgettable experience. Every stop offered amazing views and was well worth visiting. The lunch was also delicious and very well organized, making the day even more enjoyable. Overall, this was an excellent tour with breathtaking sights and a great guide. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan!

Amazing for all car lovers cannot emphasise how good. get a chance to see all sorts of jdm cars. are driver Daiki was very kind and helpful and was very talkative and offered to take photos. he has a very beautiful skyline. incredible experience would definitely do it again

The tour was fantastic. It was well-designed and allowed us to explore the surrounding areas. The fireworks were fantastic. I highly recommend it. The tour guide Will was fantastic. He was very nice and spoke English, Chinese and Japanese.

very nice experiment. we didn’t know the car shopping mall. lots of nice souvenirs there. the guides are very friendly. we didn’t drift but did enjoy some good ‘racing’ experience. amazing to see so many cool racing cars in the car park.

The excursion was simply INCREDIBLE! Even before we left, the customer service was excellent: I had booked the wrong date, and they readily agreed to change my reservation without any hassle. There were 7 of us in the family with Mr. Morita, who was very professional, kind, flexible, and attentive. He arrived early, adapted to all our wishes (like taking the cable car), and even suggested a stop at Lawson. He recommended a Japanese restaurant based on our preferences, and it was delicious! His explanations, advice, and perfect organization allowed us to fully enjoy our day. We felt pampered all day long. The itinerary was exactly what I was looking for, and I absolutely do not regret my choice. We were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji on a clear day, but even without that, my opinion would be the same: the service was impeccable. I wholeheartedly recommend this excursion.
