This was a two-day, one-night small group tour in a 10-seater vehicle. Our guide and driver, Zhang Ting, was excellent. He flexibly adjusted the schedule and itinerary based on road conditions, explained the features of upcoming attractions along the way, and clearly reiterated which activities required an additional fee. He also took photos for the group members and was very friendly and enthusiastic. He interacted with everyone throughout the trip. Highly recommended! As for the accommodation, the pillows were too flat, and breakfast was simple and ordinary.

The overall experience of this two-day, one-night trip was excellent. The tour guide's arrangements were very smooth, and their time management was superb, making the entire journey relaxed and stress-free. Along the way, they would introduce upcoming attractions and important notes in advance, which helped us understand the itinerary better and built anticipation. Our interactions throughout the trip were easy and natural, creating a great atmosphere. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, five-star rating!

Overall… 10/10 would recommend being a passenger princess. No stress, no maps, no overthinking just wake up and suddenly you’re somewhere beautiful. And honestly… trust your tour guide they know better, especially when plans suddenly change.

such a great pass to get especially if you are DIY-ing your visits to Kamakura, Hakone. For a 3 day mobile pass, that we only utilized for 2 days, this was such a bargain versus doing the guided tours.

Booking was easy, did it online and you just have to show your QR code. The ride from city (Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu) to Narita airport was seamless and very convenient. Just seat, relax and enjoy the view without worrying to carry and hurdle luggages. One thing to note is that the bus station in Shibuya Mark City is located on the 5th floor but the elevator is up to 4th floor only, so you need to take the escalator to your destination.

This helped me a lot to go to all the places I've been to in Kansai area. Since I am new to how the train system works in Japan, I tend to get lost and with this pass I never have to worry about spending extra for transpo if I end up in the wrong station as this is unlimited.

Very easy to redeem and use but you must check which metro line is eligible to use on. As far as I remember, the Minato Mirai Line from Yokohama Line down to Motomachi is not valid

You can exchange your voucher at the Takanawa Exit of Shinagawa Station. It takes about an hour to get from Shinagawa Station to Misaki Station. Misaki tends to be crowded on weekends, so buses are often delayed. It's a good idea to allow extra time in your schedule. If the weather is nice, the coast is very therapeutic and refreshing.
