Hakone Sightseeing Cruise Ticket (Kanagawa)

You don't need to exchange your ticket upon arrival; you can go directly to the boarding line. Just show your e-ticket on your phone to the staff, and you can board immediately. Only those wishing to purchase a special room need to queue to buy it first. We were very lucky with the weather that day; Mount Fuji was clearly visible, and the photos turned out beautifully, like a painting.

The pirate ship is quite large and can accommodate many passengers at once. It's also very stable and much quieter than the Tenjo-san Ropeway boat on Lake Kawaguchiko. I recommend checking the schedule in advance to better plan your trip.

Much easier to have booked in advance given the crowds that were there. Very pleasant ride, and allows you to cross the lake.

A very enjoyable and scenic way to experience Lake Ashi, with beautiful lake views and a chance to see Mt Fuji if the weather cooperates. The pirate ship itself makes the ride fun and memorable, especially for family trips and first-time Hakone visitors. Boarding and the ride itself were smooth and comfortable. Overall, a great Hakone experience.

we loved the pirate ship cruise! suitable for all ages. there was also a drinks counter on level 2 with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. do upgrade to the first class tickets when redeeming tickets (can't remember how much exactly but totally worth the money but much lesser crowd.)

It's very convenient for on-site staff to scan the QR code and issue tickets directly for use. You can leisurely enjoy the lake. The first stop is Hakone-machi Port. If you're going to Moto-Hakone Port, don't get off the boat; just keep riding, and that's Moto-Hakone Port.

I found it very pleasant; it was actually quite crowded, especially since it took place in April. We booked the entire experience with a bus tour. You could buy tickets in advance on Klook or from the tour guide, but I recommend buying them from the tour guide rather than separately. The view was beautiful.

Great little trip across the lake. Upgraded to first class for the quieter cabin. Managed to see the floating shrine and Mount Fuji

Nice, u can only see fuji san when u reach the first stop after 20~ minutes. Note that ships leave every 40 minutes so u might have to wait in line before departing!!
