Pietro was such an amazing tour guide. From the moment we arrived on the bus he was full of energy and very charismatic. He made sure to give us a thorough understanding of each place we visited so we knew the history and importance of the place. We got lucky with a small tour since this is off season for tourists, and this was actually really nice because we got to ask all the questions we wanted. He took really great photos of us and took us to a really nice spot for lunch, explaining all of the foods we tried beforehand. We will probably go back to that restaurant a few times before I leave! Εξαιρετική εμπειρία! Οι οδηγοί ήταν φιλικοί και μας έδωσαν πολλές πληροφορίες καθ' οδόν για την ποικίλη αρχιτεκτονική και την ιστορία της. Η ομάδα μου απόλαυσε επίσης την εμπειρία «εκτός πεπατημένης» στα χωράφια. Πήγαμε τον Ιούλιο και ξεκινήσαμε την περιήγησή μας στη 1 μ.μ. Ο καιρός ξεκίνησε με ψιλόβροχο, μετά ζεστή ηλιοφάνεια, και τελειώσαμε την περιήγηση με καταρρακτώδη βροχή. Οι οδηγοί ήταν καλά προετοιμασμένοι με αδιάβροχα και νερό και ήμασταν σε καλά χέρια. Δεν θα μοιραστώ πολλές φωτογραφίες, καθώς η περιήγηση είναι κάτι που πρέπει να ζήσετε μόνοι σας. Απολαύστε!

If you have a tight schedule but want to experience a lot, I highly recommend this tour. I visited during the off-season, and personal travel was difficult due to weather issues, so it was great to be able to travel comfortably. Alex and Brian safely conducted the tour via motorbike and shared historical facts, making it a more meaningful experience than traveling alone. It suddenly rained heavily, and our clothes and bodies got very wet, but the guides did their best to help us resolve the situation, which was wonderful. The sudden rain caused some changes to our itinerary, and the route shifted slightly, but they frequently asked for our input throughout, allowing us to visit places we hadn't been able to see before the tour without missing out or having regrets. They seemed very concerned that we might not have fully enjoyed ourselves, but please don't worry, we truly had a great time! If I return to Hanoi, I'd love to meet them again. I couldn't fully express my gratitude because I'm not very good at English! Thank you so much!

Teacher Collin was incredibly warm and patient. We're not very good at English, but he always took care of us, explaining Vietnamese coffee and tea. We not only learned some related knowledge but also got to try making it ourselves, which was very interesting. Everyone should give it a try!

Our tour guide Hieu fetch us promptly from our hotel, been very friendly and accomodating to all our questions regarding the places we went. He stayed and assisted us on every places. Generally friendly and knowledgeable sharing historical values of each place of visit.
