We were a small group of 7 people, and the driver/guide managed the time very well, making the itinerary rich and interesting. We were very lucky! We saw Mt. Fuji on a sunny morning, and the snowy West Lake in the afternoon was also beautiful!

This was the tour on January 1st. The tour guide, Jonny, was very professional, and the whole trip was very rich and interesting. It was the most informative tour I've ever been on. Highly recommend Jonny.

This tour efficiently covers four stunning spots of Mount Fuji, making it ideal for short-term visitors! The time spent at each location varied in appropriateness, sometimes too short, sometimes too long. Asama Park, in particular, required climbing a long staircase, and the summit was crowded, so there wasn't enough time. Lunch was at a predetermined restaurant, with a choice of four options priced at ¥1500 or ¥3000. The taste was average. The Chinese guide, Johnny, was kind. Overall, I was satisfied as the weather was clear and the scenery was beautiful.

It was a great day trip and everything was perfect. Our guide Kazi explained us all important things regarding to this trip. He is very kind, polte and friendly. He helped us with everything we asked for. And with a big smile. All 4 places were excellent. We enjoyed old japanese houses the most. Highly recommend this trip.

Although the time spent at each attraction wasn't very long, as long as it wasn't a crowded place, the overall tour experience was very enjoyable. The weather was clear that day, and we were lucky enough to capture stunning and dreamy snowscapes of Mount Fuji, which was unforgettable. Lunch was also quite abundant and delicious, leaving us satisfied. Special thanks to our guide, Sia, for her meticulous arrangements and professional explanations. She not only provided detailed introductions to the historical background and unique activities of each attraction but also personally demonstrated the prayer culture of Japanese temples, allowing us to gain a deeper understanding of local customs. She also clearly explained the meeting times and locations and thoughtfully reminded us through Google location messages, making the entire trip smoother and more worry-free. We also thank the driver for his steady driving. On the way back, my friend and I both slept soundly on the bus, and we ultimately arrived in Shinjuku earlier than scheduled, which was a pleasant surprise! Overall, this trip was well-organized and experience-rich, making it a very satisfying trip!

Our tour guide, Mr. Wang, went above and beyond, introducing and explaining everything in Mandarin, English, and Japanese. Thank you for your hard work! He patiently explained the route maps upon arrival at each destination, and took us on a tour of Gujo Hachiman. Although there was a small accident along the way, we ended up gaining an extra half hour of time in Shirakawa-go because of it. The driver was also very lovely, making many cute snow ducks and snowmen while waiting for us to tour 🤣. Overall, we were very satisfied!
