I was worried that it would be canceled because there was a forecast for rain yesterday and today in Osaka, but luckily it didn't rain while the bus was running, which was nice. They provided blankets, but it was a bit cold. The bus seats were very close together, and the Japanese couple behind me talked so loudly that my ears started bleeding. Japan has the same time zone as Korea, but the sun sets much earlier. At first, I tried to book the 7:10 bus, but it wasn't available, so I chose the 5:10 bus. It would have been even colder if I had chosen the 7:10 bus. The Midosuji lighting was pretty.

this is the very first time that we booked this kind of service. this is aint cheap but worth the money. the driver is professional and on time. he picked us up from our hotel and drop us again in the same location in the evening. the vehicle is clean and comfortable. we communicated to the driver via viber. we really enjoyed this day in Kyoto and Nara. i will booked this again the next time I have guests who wanted to visit Kansai.

Marie was excellent. very knowledgeable, great with our kids. she helped with navigating the metro system which is going to be of great benefit to the rest of our trip. highly recommend her for the tour. such a lovely person and a well organised tour. thank you very much

Although I had to wait for 20 minutes due to the store's mistake in scheduling the wrong time, the overall experience was great. The guide's English was good enough to communicate. The tour involves driving go-karts to various Osaka attractions for photo opportunities. Note that you won't enter Osaka Castle itself, only view it from a distance. I recommend scheduling this for your first day to get acquainted with the area. Also, unlike other go-kart tours that use smelly diesel engines, this one uses electric vehicles, so you won't have that problem. Driving on the road makes you the center of attention – tourists and locals alike will constantly say it's cool, take photos of you, or wave hello. The traffic is very safe, so no need to worry. The guide will also use hand gestures to guide you appropriately.

We absolutely loved Ukyo and our tour we did with him. it was informative and fun. He connected with all of us from 13yrs to 40yrs and showed us the best places to try foods and overall the best experience we have had in Osaka

I had two teenage boys and they enjoyed it a lot. we really liked having a Japanese guide. it was like going out with Auntie. the tour was flexible so we took extra time in one area which limited time in others. there was an option to extend time which was nice if you want to stop along the way. My only reason for doing 4/5 for value is it is labeled as a food tour but no food was included in the cost. It’s really a guided market tour. Well worth the cost for a guide because the markets are like a maze and Google/Apple maps aren’t great navigating markets or recommending best places to try speciality foods. I’d recommend for families or anyone who can get overwhelmed by the hundreds of options. total necessity in the heat of summer to have a guide.

We booked the 3 hour food tour several months in advance. We had low expectations not knowing what to expect coming to Japan for the first time. I was concerned we were walking into a tourist trap. Michael our guide started out strong with clear communication and provided detailed information as to where we would meet. We Michael was clean, professional, kind, funny and friendly. The tour was fantastic! We went to several restaurants with Michael teaching us Osaka history. Michael was also an open book and answered any/all question with honesty. If he did not know an answer he would ask a local or just say he did not know. Michael also taught us about the finer details in Japanese customs and etiquette.The establishments he took us to were all delicious and clean. The area we explored with Michael was clean and classic. I never write reviews. Michael was so good I feel compelled to spread the good word of his services. FYI I posted a longer review on trip advisor with errors and all.
