What To Expect

Depart from Umeda and head out into a glorious piece of nature's wonder: the Frozen Waterfall and the Frozen Tree! Before you head to your adventures, you will first enjoy a delicious lunch set of matsusaka beef (a local favorite) in sukiyaki style. Once finished and brimming with energy, you'll take a skywalk to the Gozaisho Ropeway where you'll see incredible views of a sparkling landscape. See the Frozen Tree of Mt Gozaisho at an altitude of over a thousand meters, where the branches of the trees are covered in ice and look like crystals. At the Frozen Waterfall, it's a wonderland of sparkling, silvery icicles that seem otherworldly, forming in the frigid temperatures of the mountain. You then head to the Nabana no Sato, a wonderful illumination light show that's both romantic and magical, the best way to end this delightful tour.

amazing! we weren't able to see the frozen falls due to cloudy weather but we were able to enjoy snow! 😍 it was worth the long travel from osaka. would do this again with friends!

I prayed so hard for a good weather so we will be able to ride the ropeway to Mount Gozaisho. Klook made my dreams come true! Finally be able to see, touch and lay down on a snow. And the lights at Nobano Sato were so beautiful! ❄️♥️🇯🇵 Everything in this tour is worth it!

We were disappointed because the group tour that i have booked on 9 Jan 2019 was unable to go up to Mt Gozaisho due to strong wind and the ropeway was not operating. We have missed the main activity to see the frozen tree & snow and the group was then send to Nabana No Sato 3 hrs early under the cold weather and we have to try to find ourself place that can keep us warm till the night illuminations start. There is no compensation to us even the information given to us stated that coupons for shopping souvenir at Aquaignis will be given as compensation if the Gozaisho Ropeway not operated due to bad weather. Even the Illumination at Nabana no Sato is nice but still not worth the money we have pay for.

Kids love the whole experience. From the bus, Going up to Mt Gozaisho you could see snow starting to fall from the sky... The travel from Osaka to the Mt. Gozaisho is around 3 hours. After the summit visit... we went to the waterfall light show... a lot of variety of food there. The only thing that is pretty hard for tourist is the meetup place especially in December cause its pretty cold... you will be walking outdoors for around 15mins from the train station... but the trip is worth it

Disappointed because 3/4 activities had to be cancelled due to strong winds. We drove all the way to the mountain before they had to turn the bus around so we missed the frozen sights and the snow ride. No compensation was offered. We were then sent to Nabana no Sato 3 hours early in very cold weather. There was nothing to do until sunset and the group huddled around a small Bonfire. The lights were nice.

The trip was quite long and far distance traveled but everything is worth it! Going up to the mount Gozaisho’s observatory deck to nabano no santo, it is a different experience in Japan. Summary of the trip destinations: Matsusaka Beef Lunch —> very soft and tasty beef but only 2 pcs were provided (wish there were more haha!) Mount Gozaisho —> excellent view and experience snow at the top of the mountain. Frozen trees were an epic view. For the waterfall, we did not see this because the walkway area is slippery and filled with snow. Nabano no Santo—> very nice lighting show and walkway, don’t forget to look for the mirrored trees on water. (All of them are must sees! )

Wonderful ropeway and snowy experience. Beautiful views of frozen trees. Didn’t get to see the frozen waterfall tho. Nabana no Sato & Begonia garden was a sight to behold, perfect for photographers who loves to shoot on low lights. Time was kinda short but it’s ok as we covered everything on the itinerary.
