This product is a freely customizable product. Travelers can freely choose destinations and attractions to stay at according to their needs, but must comply with the following rules:

  1. Please note or send your contact information (WhatsApp number, WeChat, or email, etc.) that can be reached in time when placing an order.   2. Vehicle usage time: The default vehicle usage time is 10 hours.
  3. Recommended departure time: Depart any time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Considering road conditions, it is recommended to depart earlier.
  4. Departure location: Any designated location within Osaka city or Kyoto city/Nara city/Kobe city. (Hotels, guesthouses, etc.)
  5. Chartered car route: Customized route, freely arranged, and tailored to your preferences.
  6. Travel distance: The total travel distance must be within 300 kilometers.
  7. Driver language: Chinese/Japanese/English (Driver service language is randomly assigned. If you need to specify a service language, please contact customer service in the backend as soon as possible, and we will do our best to coordinate for you).

Driver was early and the trip went smoothly. We were able to see the magnificent places around Kyoto and Nara. The coaster is also clean and spacious. Better book this if you have elders in your group.

Worth every Money!!! Our experience with this service is superb!!! Travelling with Kids could be exhausting especially with the long walks and availing this service is super worth it! It saves you a lot of time and effort to go to many places, and they will help you maximize you day. I sent them the itenerary that I want and they are kind enough to help me organize which one to go first etc. Our driver was very very accomodating and professional. We communicate thru WhatsApp and the share location feature of the App made it easier for us to see each other. The vehicle was very comfortable clean and luxurious too. My kids enjoyed the whole trip because of this service. PS: we accidentally forgot my husbands phone at the van and the driver was super kind to let us know and even brought it back to the hotel 🥹

Happy we booked for kyoto trip, it would be hard to travel to Arashiyama Bamboo forest, kimono forest, Inari shrine and most of all we also mana to go to katsuoji temple and see all the daruma dolls. Driver was super kind. Wish we had more time to explore kyoto.
