staff were friendly for the most part and understood most of our instructions in english. with how expensive food can be in HK, their breakfast buffet of 150 HKD good for 2 was a huge steal in my opinion. Place is far from subway though but is usually a 4 minute walk to the bus stations where you'll do most of the commuting.

Highly recommended! Location is great. concierge Eddie was very thorough and friendly. You can borrow umbrellas from the lobby in case itโs raining. Room had a washer dryer. Everything was perfect. ๐๐ป

The staff were very friendly and the location was good as it was close to the subway station.

On the first night, I noticed that the soap dispenser was completely empty, but the front desk staff spoke Japanese and were able to help me straight away.

So convenient to nearby famous food restaurants and the staffs are very accommodating. 5 mins walk to bakehouse!!!

The front desk staff was very polite and efficient. There is a football machine in the lobby, which is fun. The room was spacious and tidy with a kitchenette, but unfortunately there was no dish soap. Minibar is free ๐๐ป There is no air conditioning in the corridor on the floor, it's a bit stuffy

quite far from the bus stops, especially if you are carrying luggages. But nevertheless, the location was accessible to almost everywhere. Also, staff were very accommodating.
