The stay at Novotel Citygate was overall satisfactory, highlighted by clean rooms, daily fresh bottled water, a convenient location near the airport and Citygate Outlets, and a helpful free shuttle. However, the experience was disrupted after a long day of exploring when an empty shower gel bottle took over 20 minutes to be refilled by staff after calling reception.

This is my third stay at Novotel Citygate Hong Kong, and it has always been a wonderful experience! My first and third visits were with my officemates, while my second was with my family. Whether for work or a family getaway, the hotel has always been a great choice. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the MTR, airport, and outlet stores. I love relaxing ambience, clean and modern rooms, and especially the friendly and accommodating staff. The complimentary airport shuttle is another big plus! Three stays and still a happy guest! Will definitely keep coming back and gladly recommend Novotel Citygate to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

very considerate and kind staff that i wish all hotels have from reception, drivers and dining. they are all kind. the location is the best, we always prefer staying here because it is close to many attractions and trains and travel from here are all convenient

It was the best choice honestly. All the staff are so helpful. It was my husband’s birthday and they upgraded our rooms and gave us free breakfast until checkout! We were so grateful. also the location is top tier as we’re actually in City gate outlet
