I though the room was going to be better but it was a little dark, the view wasn’t that nice but the location is great (walking distance from AirPort Express Kowloon through the Austin station indoors connection) and the staff was friendly and helpful

hotel location:it is central to everywhere. transport access:walkable to ferry pier, good to travel to Hk island. taxi station is also right in front, good for traveling in group with family. service:staff is very helpful

The location of this hotel is very good, it is connected to Harbour City Mall and very near to a lot of restaurants. They are also very generous to all our requests. Our rooms also has been upgraded to Suite Room. The breakfast was really good too.

I enjoyed staying in the Prince Hotel because the staff were very customer centric, not to mention the hotel was really clean, spacious, and elegant. It felt good to be taken care of by the hotel staff given the increasing trend of self-service hotels. Location was also very convenient as you need not go far to shop, dine and tour the harbor bay.
