great location near Mongkok exit D. Plenty of food option even at night as right below the hotel is Ichiran ramen and opposite is Mcdonalds. also there are two 7eleven near. Rooms were clean and towels provided. deposit 500hkd which is refundable upon check out. reception staff were polite and helpful.
