Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel lobby and hallways were clean and well-maintained, and the room was cleaned daily. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The gym and swimming pool were great and definitely a highlight of the hotel. The main downside was the location, as it takes around 10–15 minutes to walk from the hotel lobby to the MTR platform. We also booked this hotel expecting a smart toilet based on the room description, but our room only had a regular toilet, which was a little disappointing. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent staff and facilities, but we may consider other options on our next visit to Hong Kong.

Fantastic hotel in all respects for classic luxury level (including breakfast and lunch I’ve had). Don’t expect that this would be Peninsula, Rosewood, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons, but very much at par with Grand Hyatt, Shanghai-La, etc. As the property is located right at the end of TST East block, if one doesn’t mind to walk or take a cab, the hotel by itself is perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great housekeeping standards throughout my stay. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful, making check-in and daily interactions smooth and pleasant. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, shopping areas, and many dining options nearby. Overall, it offers great value, comfort, and service, and I would happily recommend it to both leisure and business travelers.

This is our first time in Hong Kong and we had a wonderful stay. Booking on Klook was seamlessly easy. We had an amazing view of Victoria Harbour and the location was good - close to the walkway bridges (that have lifts- super useful as we were bringing strollers) that lead to TST waterfront and you can walk all the way to Avenue of Stars / K11 Mall. Area we stayed at was quiet but within few mins walking distance to TST East MTR. The hotel’s breakfast buffet is very good - there was a good variety ranging from fresh bakes, noodle soups, japanese rice/soba, cold meats & cheeses, a small selection of halal options, pancakes waffles station and even ice cream! Highly recommend.
