staff are friendly and accomodating. place is clean and good heater on shower. bring your own towel if you don't like the dispossable kind. It's a budget hotel do not expect grand. will stay here again for sure.

the room is good, clean and safe. little suggestio please make the sink inside of the comfort room since, im with my 2 yr old son its mot safe specially the edges of it is sharp. but over all it was 5 star to us. next time will consider this hotel again.

We were assigned a room on the 18th floor. The room is small but cozy and comfortable. However, the staff member who assisted us upon arrival was not very friendly. When we asked how many passports were needed, his response was somewhat sarcastic and he did not give us a direct answer. Overall, the hotel was clean, and the location was convenient as it is close to the MTR station. Despite the experience with the staff, we had a generally good stay.
