This is my second time using this hotel, after my first visit a year ago! I came back to Ace Hotel Kyoto because I liked it so much! It was a busy Saturday, so I was disappointed that I couldn't use the bar. It was great to be able to enjoy Kyoto more by taking a bike ride with my family in the morning. The terrace twin room was spacious and nice. I was a little disappointed that there weren't enough seats at Stumptown Coffee. I want to go again next time.

It's a very comfortable stay, the environment is clean, and the large bath is clean and comfortable. Happy Hour & the Ochazuke late-night snack are really great! The staff is also very polite, there's a supermarket nearby, and transportation is convenient. It's a 5-minute walk to the subway and bus. There's an elevator at Hankyu Kyoto Karasuma Station Exit 1 that takes you to the Karasuma Line entrance. It's two stops to Kyoto Station (Exit 1: 34.9855794693276, 135.76007311095614).

Hotel Location: Located in Sanjo, near Karasuma Oike Station. Accessibility: Very convenient for taking the subway and bus to the suburbs! Within walking distance of Nishiki Market and the liveliest area of Shijo. Service: The public bath is a place to relax and unwind every day, simple and therapeutic; Luggage delivery service is also available, so you don't have to drag your luggage around while sightseeing in the Kyoto area. Great value for money and highly recommended!

My husband and I had such an amazing stay in this hotel. This place was our favorite because it is nearby to train station and more of a quiet area, just what we wanted. We will definitely book this place again when we visit Kyoto ❤️

cleanliness: 10/10 standard Japanese business hotel. bathroom decent size for a room this size. hotel location: 10/10 close to metro station bed comfortable and has massage chair. free coffee and tea on first floor.

Excellent service. The location is easy to find and relatively close to various attractions. Towels, toothbrushes, paper cups, and mineral water are all provided. The room is clean and the check-in process is convenient, taking less than a minute.
