Our tour guide lucy is very recommended! not only the tour is fun and amazing but the tour guide as well. Lucy helped us a lot guided us to what to buy and instructed us clearly to where to go. very organized and kind. would definitely come back!

What I especially appreciated was that, even though most of the group was from China, he made sure the English-speaking guests received the same attention and explanations. We never felt left out. It’s a fast-paced trip but that really maximises how much you get to see in one day. It rained, but everywhere was still beautiful regardless. You will not regret seeing this side of Hokkaido!

I had an amazing experience booking with Klook for our Hokkaido trip. The itinerary was well-organized and covered some of the most beautiful and unique spots. Noboribetsu Hell Valley was truly breathtaking with its dramatic scenery and steaming vents. Date Jidaimura was a fun and immersive cultural experience, giving us a glimpse of Japan’s Edo period. Mitsui Outlet Sapporo was a great stop for shopping and finding good deals. Lastly, Lake Shikotsu Ice Village felt like a winter wonderland—absolutely magical, especially at night. Everything was smooth from booking to the actual tour. The guide was helpful and informative, and transportation was comfortable and on time. Highly recommended for a convenient and memorable travel experience!

The tourguide is very easy to speak with and has patience even though other people are not going back to the bus on time. I had a great tour. I would recommend this tour to explore the famous spots in Hokkaido.

Masa was an excellent guide! The tour was perfect. I went alone but Masa explained everything perfectly so you won't get lost and get back in time. We managed to get to all the places even with the snowstorm! Thank you Masa and the driver for the wonderful trip 🥰 would recommend the tour!
