Beppu Station tours

This was the best choice for our Yufuin trip. Our guide, Jeon Gyu-young, gave our family the best time. If you're visiting Yufuin on your own, I highly recommend trying this without hesitation.

The trip was so good. We went to the zoo in the morning and then to umi jigoku, seeing mount yufu on the way to yufuin. Our guide Nicole Yang was very good in explaining and very helpful. She help me taking pictures since I am a solo traveler.

It was our first time taking a tour, and Tomas was our guide — he did an amazing job. You don’t get a lot of time at each attraction, but you do have enough time to take some pictures and learn a little bit about the places. We really enjoyed our Beppu trip. Our favorite part was the safari. Thank you for everything!

I was extremely satisfied with the schedule, which was perfectly put together and included Hell's Hot Springs, Yufuin, and the African Safari. Among the attractions, the safari was particularly impressive. I can't quite recall the guide's name, but Ms. Tak Eun-ji's (?) detailed guidance was excellent, and the recommended must-try foods in Yufuin were incredibly delicious. Also, at the end of the trip, they recommended great restaurants and provided a lot of useful information, which I really appreciated.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Must-Do Tour in Japan! This tour was an incredible experience from start to finish. The time management was absolutely perfect—everything ran like clockwork, and there was zero wasted time or filler locations. Every single stop on the itinerary was amazing, beautiful, and well worth visiting. What truly made this trip unforgettable, though, was our tour guide, Thomas. He is hands down the best guide I have ever had on a tour in Japan! Thomas was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and brought such great energy to the group, making the entire day seamless and fun. If you are looking for a perfectly organized tour that hits all the best spots without feeling rushed, I cannot recommend this one enough. Thank you, Thomas, for an amazing day! The vehicle is clean and spacious. The guide, while not particularly chatty or didn’t offer to help load the luggages when picking us up, he was helpful to look for my son’s airpod that fell out of his ear. I did find it costly and puzzling to pay extra 14000 yen for extra hours and driving an empty car back to Fukuoka since we changed accomodation to the last destination of that day’s itinerary (nagabetaki fall, kokonoe yume suspension bridge, tadawara wetland, beppu ropeway, Yufuin), so not going back to Fukuoka. I’m unsure if I’m being charged for the time spent by the driver-guide driving back to Fukuoka alone.

Our driver and tour guide, Gyu-Yeong Jeon, was very professional. He took me to better spots to photograph Yufuin and the Jumonjibaru Observatory. He also proactively offered to take photos and even picked me up from Tatsumaki Jigoku (Tornado Hell) because the bus was taking too long to return to the Umi Jigoku (Sea Hell) parking lot.
