Beppu Station tours

This was the best choice for our Yufuin trip. Our guide, Jeon Gyu-young, gave our family the best time. If you're visiting Yufuin on your own, I highly recommend trying this without hesitation.

The trip was so good. We went to the zoo in the morning and then to umi jigoku, seeing mount yufu on the way to yufuin. Our guide Nicole Yang was very good in explaining and very helpful. She help me taking pictures since I am a solo traveler.

the trip was well organized. time was punctual, Kevin our tour guide was very impressive. he explained in details each place we visited both in English and Mandarin. TQ Kevin and our driver for a safe and well planned itinerary.

The time management was absolutely perfect—everything ran like clockwork, and there was zero wasted time or filler locations. Every single stop on the itinerary was amazing, beautiful, and well worth visiting. What truly made this trip unforgettable, though, was our tour guide, Thomas. He is hands down the best guide I have ever had on a tour in Japan! Thomas was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and brought such great energy to the group, making the entire day seamless and fun. It was our first time taking a tour, and Tomas was our guide — he did an amazing job. You don’t get a lot of time at each attraction, but you do have enough time to take some pictures and learn a little bit about the places. We really enjoyed our Beppu trip. Our favorite part was the safari. Thank you for everything!

I was extremely satisfied with the schedule, which was perfectly put together and included Hell's Hot Springs, Yufuin, and the African Safari. Among the attractions, the safari was particularly impressive. I can't quite recall the guide's name, but Ms. Tak Eun-ji's (?) detailed guidance was excellent, and the recommended must-try foods in Yufuin were incredibly delicious. Also, at the end of the trip, they recommended great restaurants and provided a lot of useful information, which I really appreciated.

Lovely trip to beppu, safari and yufuin. enjoyed the adventure and ease of the trip. suspect that the guide was not feeling well, lacked enthusiasm.

Our driver and tour guide, Gyu-Yeong Jeon, was very professional. He took me to better spots to photograph Yufuin and the Jumonjibaru Observatory. He also proactively offered to take photos and even picked me up from Tatsumaki Jigoku (Tornado Hell) because the bus was taking too long to return to the Umi Jigoku (Sea Hell) parking lot.
