Personally, I highly recommend this hotel; the overall experience gets a 95 out of 100. The only downside is the location being a bit far, but it's not a big deal if you're on a self-driving trip. There's a convenience store about 5 minutes away.

The location was great, close to the station and convenience stores, and the room was very clean. I was a little confused at check-in because there were no staff at the front desk, but I managed to get through it with the 24-hour online support.

Good location, quiet, friendly staff, complete amenities, room size is adequate, meals are also good, very close to Kyoto Gyoen National Garden, smooth traffic.

This hotel was so fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful— even though we know a very limited amount of Japanese— and the room was quite spacious and clean. This hotel was also located in an amazing quieter spot just outside the busy Gion district. Many exciting attractions were well within walking distance, and we appreciated the less crowded atmosphere here.

This is the second year I’ve stayed at the hotel. The room itself was fantastic, with the extra amenties routinely being resupplied, which was greatly appreciated during my stay. The staff was extra helpful with laundry services as well.

Good size room, affordable and great location. Clean, has Even kitchen and a washer in the room. Would definatelly reccomend.
