Ha Long Cruises

It was a nice experience here. I enjoyed it a lot. Everything is arranged very well, particularly the The guide and the atmosphere were really good. I chose Indian food, which was truly delicious. Thank you.

Our guide, Eden (E.D.E.N.), is an amazing tour guide. He speaks English and is very passionate about what he does. He puts a personal touch on how he explains things and is naturally concerned for people. He is an authentic leader and has a command in leadership, especially regarding timing, which is very important in group activities. He is very trustworthy and communicated prior to the start of the tour. He has consistently been reachable for any questions. The cruise itself is very worthwhile. There's a good selection of food and interesting activities. The crew members were also amazing and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend to my friends and family.

I felt this was the best trip ever that I’ve been to, money well-spent. impressed with the transport arrangements, food quality, services rendered on the cruise, programme arranged, especially glad that we have actually booked the newest cruise which looks so grand and clean. price paid was extremely reasonable and honestly a best event day added on our short holiday. We absolutely loved the smooth operations and especially a big thank you to our Tour Guide Henry! Henry have well planned everything foreseen and made us felt so relieved and relaxed. He is very responsive, humble, experienced, thoughtful and yet a very humorous guy. Thanks so much for everything and making our Hanoi holiday a great memorable holiday. :)

Wonderful day trip. It was a long day due to travel time there and back, but it was worth it. We had a great guide, and the transportation was well-organized and comfortable. The boat was excellent, with lunch, kayaking, swimming, and beautiful surroundings. The golf cart ride across the island to the cave and museum was also a lot of fun. It was nice that it was small-scale and not overly touristy.

Great value for money coming out with kids. A long day but we'll worth it for the views. Honestly got better every time I looked. Buffet was delish with a big variety.

My tour leader's name is Long. His English is good. On the bus, Long explained about what to visit, what to bring during the tour, and the history of Hanoi and Halong Bay. Before arriving at the Marina, we stopped first at a pearl sales place and were able to use the toilet there. The food was delicious and free flow. However, drinking water is not free, you have to buy it from the bar at the back of the dining room. Plastic bottled drinks are not allowed to be brought into Halong Bay, it is recommended that U bring canned drinks, or in reusable bottles like tumblers. I think 4 bottles of drinks are enough for the whole tour to Halong Bay. If you swim at Ti Top Island, you can rinse off on the boat. In the afternoon there will be an afternoon party, served biscuits, fruits, pudding, yogurt, and tea drinks. From Hanoi to Halong Bay we stopped twice, at a rest area and at a pearl sales place. On our way back to Hanoi, the bus didn't stop at all. We returned to Hanoi at 9 PM.

My wife, daughter, and I participated in the 6-hour Halong Bay Cruise tour (in Japanese). In the morning, we were picked up promptly at the hotel lobby at the agreed-upon time. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything fluently in Japanese, even incorporating some puns. Although the bus seats didn't recline, it was a comfortable ride, cool and a welcome escape from the heat outside, with decent seating. As soon as we boarded the cruise ship, a seafood lunch was served. The air-conditioned cabin offered a good variety of dishes, not overly luxurious, but certainly filling. For the cave tunnel experience, I highly recommend kayaking over the bamboo boat. Sung Sot Cave involved quite a bit of uphill and downhill walking, which made our knees a bit wobbly, but the cave itself was incredibly vast and impressive. Afterward, the view of Halong Bay from the observation deck on Ti Top Island was absolutely stunning. On the way back, we stopped at a rest area for dinner and were treated to pho (which we'd been eating daily on this trip, with varying taste and quality). It was a long day, from 8:10 AM until 8:30 PM, but thanks to our tour guide, it was a very enjoyable tour.
