• Refunds apply only to unused services. If guests return to Hanoi, VND 600,000/pax for round-trip transfer will be deducted. If a Halong Day Cruise is arranged instead, VND 1,500,000/pax will be considered used and deducted from the refund.
• An extra charge of VND 1,200,000 per person applies for travel on Dec 24 to Dec 25, 2026; Dec 31, 2026 to Jan 1, 2027; Feb 3 to Feb 11, 2027; Apr 16, 2027; Apr 29 to May 1, 2027; and Sep 2, 2027. The surcharge is payable directly on site
