• Accommodation will be arranged on a Ha Long Bay overnight cruise based on your selected package, subject to supplier availability.
• Child age is calculated based on the year of birth. One child aged 0–3 years old stays free per room; an additional charge applies to the second child in the same room.
• Each cabin can accommodate a maximum of 2–3 guests, depending on the cabin type and cruise. If a guest requests to occupy a cabin alone, a Single Room Surcharge will apply. The surcharge is not included in the listed price and will be charged separately.
• Before your departure date, our operations team will contact you to reconfirm the booking details and request any additional information if necessary, including passport details, the permitted duration of stay in Vietnam for visa-exempt guests, or the visa expiration date for guests traveling with a visa.
• During the rainy and typhoon season, Halong Bay cruises operate only with approval from the Halong Bay Management Authority. If the overnight cruise is suspended due to weather or safety regulations, the supplier will arrange the most suitable solution whenever possible.
• Refunds apply only to unused services. If guests return to Hanoi, VND 600,000/pax for round-trip transfer will be deducted. If a Halong Day Cruise is arranged instead, VND 1,500,000/pax will be considered used and deducted from the refund.
• An extra surcharge applies: VND 1,450,000/person (3-star), VND 1,750,000/person (5-star), and VND 2,100,000/person (6-star) on Dec 23 to Dec 25, 2026; Dec 30, 2026 to Jan 1, 2027; Feb 3 to Feb 11, 2027; Apr 15 to Apr 16, 2027; Apr 30 to May 1, 2027; and Aug 31 to Sep 2, 2027. The surcharge is payable directly on site.
