• For 5-star or 6-star cruises, the route (Ha Long Bay or Lan Ha Bay) depends on daily availability.
• For 3-star cruises, the standard and default route is Ha Long Bay.
• Accommodation in Ninh Binh will be assigned by the service provider based on room availability and operational conditions. Guests will stay at Si Grand Hotel, Ocean Hotel Ninh Binh, Narci Resort Tam Coc, or a similar hotel of equivalent standard.
• Transfers between Hanoi – Ha Long – Ninh Binh – Hanoi are operated by driver only (no guide on the bus).
• For Halong overnight cruises: Child age is calculated based on the year of birth. One child aged 0–3 years old stays free per room; an additional charge applies to the second child in the same room.
• FOC for 1 child aged 0–3 years old. If a family has 2 children under 3, a 50% adult fare surcharge applies for the second child.
• Please note that the tour price does not include Hang Mua entrance ticket (VND 150,000/person) and Trang An boat ride ticket (VND 300,000/person). Please prepare cash to pay directly on site.
• The sequence of activities may vary depending on weather or cruise arrangements, but all main experiences are guaranteed.
• In case the selected cruise is fully booked or unavailable, the cruise operator reserves the right to arrange a similar or equivalent cruise with comparable cabin standards and services. The replacement cruise may differ from the originally selected cruise in terms of cruise name, design, itinerary details, or facilities.
• Accommodation: Ninh Binh hotel & Ha Long/Lan Ha Bay cruise. The specific hotel and cruise will be assigned by the supplier based on availability at the time of booking, with an equivalent service standard.
• Before your departure date, our operations team will contact you to reconfirm the booking details and request any additional information if necessary, including passport details, the permitted duration of stay in Vietnam for visa-exempt guests, or the visa expiration date for guests traveling with a visa.
• During the rainy and typhoon season, Halong Bay cruises operate only with approval from the Halong Bay Management Authority. If the overnight cruise is suspended due to weather or safety regulations, the supplier will arrange the most suitable solution whenever possible.
• Refunds apply only to unused services. If guests return to Hanoi, VND 600,000/pax for round-trip transfer will be deducted. If a Halong Day Cruise is arranged instead, VND 1,500,000/pax will be considered used and deducted from the refund.
• An extra charge applies for travel on peak dates (Dec 22 to Dec 25, 2026; Dec 29, 2026 to Jan 1, 2027; Feb 2 to Feb 11, 2027; Apr 14 to Apr 17, 2027; Apr 28 to May 3, 2027; and Aug 31 to Sep 2, 2027), payable directly on site: 3-star package: VND 950,000 per person; 5-star package: VND 1,500,000 per person; 6-star package: VND 1,800,000 per person.
• For overnight cruises, guests may experience either the Ha Long Bay Route or the Lan Ha Bay Route, depending on the selected cruise. Each route features its own itinerary and sightseeing highlights while maintaining a high-quality experience and key activities.
• Our operations team will contact you after booking to confirm the arrangements. If you have a preferred route, please let our team know during the booking confirmation process.
• Please note that the specific cruise is subject to availability at the time of booking. We will arrange the most suitable available cruise based on your selected package and preferred route.
• The itinerary and destinations may vary depending on the selected cruise, as each cruise operates on a different route and schedule.
