This trip to Zhongwei, Ningxia, was exceptionally fulfilling, and I must express my sincere gratitude to Master Ma Yan! He drove safely and steadily throughout the entire trip, and he is extremely familiar with Zhongwei's attractions, road conditions, and photo spots. His arrangements were worry-free and comfortable. He provided patient and detailed explanations, and he was warm and genuine, taking meticulous care of us along the way, allowing us to truly experience the straightforwardness and warmth of the people of Northwest China. With Master Ma Yan leading the way, the entire journey was relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend him to friends who want to come to Zhongwei; he is reliable and professional!

The driver was very helpful and had no trouble finding both my pickup and drop-off locations. The small group setting made the trip much more comfortable and enjoyable. The itinerary was well planned and followed a smooth flow throughout the day. I also appreciated the freedom to explore at my own pace, without feeling rushed or pressured. Most importantly, there was no forced shopping or compulsory buying stops, which made the experience much more relaxing and authentic. Overall, a well-organized tour that gave us enough flexibility to enjoy the journey in our own way. Highly recommended.

We were lucky despite the untimely flight delay, to have our driver, Xiao Long, with us, throughout our trip in Inner Mongolia. He was there to fetch us, where the flight landed at 10pm plus. As someone without much words, friendly, he showed sincerity and care, indicating tourist traps to avoid. He went beyond the call of duty and offered to carry luggages to our room when there is no lift at the HeiShanTou. He will always smoke outside the car/restaurant & not like other driver will smoke no matter way. Accommodation provided were quite clean. Hotel local breakfast is simple and no coffee and tea. Please prepare for it when you travel. it is small group tour of 2-4 pax share tour in a vehicle. the vehicle provided is quite good, cooling and comfortable when only 3 of us in the vehicle. The sightseeing is quite good, worry free as ticket provided as per the itinerary. No shopping stops. It is really recommended for family travel with children, young kids or elderly parents.

The entire journey was very smooth, and we had a wonderful time! 😊 We were very satisfied with all the accommodation arrangements; the environment was clean and comfortable. The itinerary was well-planned, rich in content, and interesting, allowing us to experience many local characteristics. Special thanks to our driver, Li Jie, who took great care of us throughout the trip. Not only was his driving steady and safe, but he also had excellent photography skills, helping us capture many beautiful memories. On our first day, our luggage hadn't arrived yet, and he even went home specifically to get warm clothes for us to keep us warm, which was incredibly thoughtful. Thank you very much for your arrangements and care, which made this an unforgettable trip for us! 😊

Driver followed our planned itinerary and brought us to clean rest stops throughout the trip. However, the journey was extremely tiring with long driving hours every day. The driver appeared to be unwell and was coughing throughout the trip, which affected the overall experience. We were also dropped at the wrong hotel on the last day and had to contact the driver to return and pick us up. Overall, the trip was completed as planned but the experience could have been better organised.

First, I'd like to thank Klook for arranging an excellent itinerary for us. The scenery along the way was beautiful. We started in Hailar, returned to Hailar from Manzhouli, completing a loop that included the Card Line and wetlands. We enjoyed the journey at a relaxed pace, never feeling tired. Second, the hotels chosen in Hulunbuir were all high-end, but the facilities and services there couldn't quite keep up. My comments below are about the hotel services and facilities, and are not related to Klook or our driver. On the first day, we stayed at the Hailar Nijijin Hotel. The rooms were old, and the quilts and pillows had an odor. Around 7 AM, a staff member directly opened our room door, realized she had made a mistake, and muttered to herself, "Oh, how did I get it wrong?" She left without a single apology. I've stayed in hotels for many years and have never experienced anything like this. The breakfast was cold, not even passable. Traveling with a child, we had no choice but to eat at the KFC next door. On the second day, we stayed at the Muyun Mountain Top Hotel. Aside from the room being too small, the scenery, dining, and service were all excellent. 👍. On the third day, we stayed in an Enhe log cabin, which was very unique and supposedly the best hotel in the area. However, you could only shower for 10 minutes, then had to wait half an hour. What era is this, to still have such water heaters? It was completely speechless 🙄. Dining in town was convenient, but generally expensive, though the taste was decent, so it was acceptable. On the fourth day, we stayed in a yurt at the Wulanshan Resort Camp, which is also considered a high-end hotel. The scenic area shuttle bus was unwilling to help guests take luggage to their rooms, telling guests to have their own driver do it or walk themselves. I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but they acted like they were. There wasn't even milk for breakfast, and the pastries were rock-hard. There wasn't even a butler, and if you wanted one, you had to pay extra. It was a bad look; they want to make money but have a terrible attitude. Besides the scenery, everything else was awful, with no sense of service at all. On the fifth day, we stayed at the Matryoshka Hotel. The space was large, and the service was good, but the air conditioning never got cool. The staff were very nice and brought a portable air cooler, but it didn't make much difference. Each of these hotels had its drawbacks. If these are considered high-end hotels, then they have a long way to go to develop. We've been to so many places and stayed in so many hotels, both affordable and high-end, but we've never seen hotels that are both expensive and lack service like these. The above is my honest review of the hotels. Finally, the scenery was great, and our driver, Dai Longfei, was excellent—enthusiastic, thoughtful, and a skilled driver. Klook's customer service was very good; they responded promptly to any issues and handled problems flexibly. A big thumbs up 👍!

Having experienced other local tour groups before, I wasn't too worried. When booking, I asked if any documents were needed, and they promptly and thoughtfully informed me, so the booking process was very smooth. With their guidance and support, I was able to complete this trip comfortably and safely. Hulunbuir is truly beautiful.
