Klook China Ningxia Private Customized Tour

Our 5-day trip to Yinchuan and Zhongwei, Ningxia, concluded perfectly. Traveling with elders and two young children, I was initially worried about a complicated and tiring itinerary. Fortunately, we met our incredibly thoughtful travel butler, Xiao Liang. Xiao Liang was attentive and caring throughout the journey, preparing a generous fruit platter and desert shoe covers in advance, ensuring we were well-prepared. He patiently explained the local culture and history along the way. When we spontaneously decided we wanted to visit the Ming Dynasty Great Wall, Xiao Liang actively coordinated, re-planned our route, flexibly adjusted the itinerary, and did his best to fulfill our wish. The vast desert offered endless beautiful scenery. At night, we encountered a romantic Perseid meteor shower in the desert, with meteors streaking across the night sky, leaving particularly precious memories for the whole family. The entire trip was relaxing and wonderful. We are grateful for Xiao Liang's dedicated companionship and arrangements. I truly recommend him for anyone visiting Ningxia!

Our six-day trip flew by! We're so grateful to our travel assistant for the excellent planning that allowed the kids to enjoy their long-awaited desert activities, and the adults to witness the meteor shower and the dazzling Milky Way with the naked eye that they had always dreamed of seeing. We also want to thank our driver, Master Wang, for his companionship over the six days; his driving was incredibly smooth, allowing us to rest and recharge comfortably in the car. He was also very thoughtful, giving us small gifts when we departed. Both the adults and children were sad to leave, and we hope to visit again soon!

This trip was absolutely amazing! Our guide, Master Na, is a wonderful person, both beautiful and kind. From airport pickup to drop-off, and every time we got into the car in between, we never had to wait in the sun for more than 3 minutes. Even though she's a female driver, her driving skills are top-notch! She's the best driver I've ever had on any tour. She proactively introduced attractions along the way and answered all our questions. Any issues we raised were resolved efficiently. Every time we got into the car, she had mineral water, tissues, snacks, shoe covers, neck pillows, band-aids, and more, all readily available. The car interior was clean and tidy, with excellent attention to detail. She even recommended delicious food in Yinchuan! The three pictures below show: hand-grabbed lamb with eight-treasure tea, ice-boiled lamb, and stir-fried meat slices with barbecue. These were all thoughtful recommendations from Master Na. Master Na arranged the itinerary perfectly, always considering our needs, ensuring I left Ningxia without any regrets. We give a big thumbs up to our guide, Na Zhaoqian!

It was a fantastic, all-inclusive package experience. They adjusted the itinerary based on our needs, achieving the relaxed pace we wanted. We hope to have the opportunity to collaborate again on more inter-provincial trips.

The experience was excellent. Thank you, Klook platform. Our local driver, Li Hui, was very patient and meticulous, reminding us daily about the schedule and important details. The driver for the desert five-lake crossing had amazing driving skills. I highly recommend the Starry Sky Tent Hotel No. 7; the hotel's itinerary butler, Xiao Zhao, added me on WeChat early and was very responsive. You absolutely must see the "Ma Dao Cheng Gong" bonfire performance! The Starry Hotel is a must-stay! The buffet, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious, and the travel photography was stunning—don't miss it. The overall itinerary was great! An unforgettable trip.

Our driver and tour guide was fantastic! The experience was excellent; they didn't just drive, they also provided commentary. They only made recommendations when we asked, and the places they suggested were affordable and delicious! On the first day, they were only supposed to drop us off at the hotel, but we wanted to try lamb and had already picked a restaurant and were about to call a taxi. The driver immediately offered to take us there! You should definitely ask the driver for recommendations along the way. We didn't ask him about photo spots, and he was hesitant to recommend any directly, perhaps fearing we might misunderstand. As a result, our photo choices were a bit disappointing, so make sure to ask him about everything! The itinerary was well-planned, and the driving was very smooth. They adjusted to our pace throughout the trip. The car was also spacious and comfortable.

Due to time constraints, I opted for a private customized tour. All I had to do was show up, and the driver was incredibly responsible, helping me with all my issues and explaining a lot about Ningxia. He basically prepared everything I needed. I'll definitely come back again if I have the chance.

We were so lucky to meet Master Zhou Jijun on this Zhongwei desert trip; the entire experience was absolutely fantastic! ✨ Master Zhou is sincere and kind, and his service attitude is excellent. He was always punctual and reliable for pickups and drop-offs. His car was clean and tidy, and he drove smoothly and steadily, even on desert roads, making us feel safe and comfortable. Having deep roots in the local area, Master Zhou knows Zhongwei inside and out. Besides being familiar with all the attractions, he enthusiastically took us to several authentic, hidden gem restaurants frequented by locals, helping us avoid tourist traps and enjoy many unique local flavors that were a delightful surprise! He was patient and easygoing throughout the journey. Whenever we encountered beautiful scenery, he would proactively pull over and wait for us to take photos. The itinerary was flexible, and he never rushed us. There was absolutely no upselling, and he thoughtfully shared local customs, traditions, and tips to avoid common tourist pitfalls. These small details were incredibly heartwarming. Thanks to Master Zhou's dedicated arrangements, our entire Zhongwei trip was relaxing and fulfilling, leaving us with many wonderful memories! I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone visiting Zhongwei. If I come back to Zhongwei, I will definitely choose him again! 👍

Before our trip, I did a lot of research. Since we were traveling with children and seniors, and I also wanted to take the opportunity to relax, I contacted several agencies. We ultimately chose this one because of its reasonable itinerary. The team members in the group were well-organized, and communication was prompt. Our driver and guide, a wonderful lady who accompanied us throughout the trip, kept her vehicle impeccably clean. The first thing my child said when getting in the car was, "Auntie's car smells so nice!" She was incredibly meticulous with everything: pickups and drop-offs, handling tickets and hotel check-ins, providing detailed introductions to attractions, and offering recommendations and warnings about local spots. The lunch at the winery was a special noodle dish she personally prepared, and it had a unique flavor. We spent five harmonious days together, chatting about daily life and work. She took care of us like an older sister. We look forward to coming back and requesting Sister Na again for our next Klook trip!
