Aquest viatge a Zhongwei, Ningxia, ha estat especialment satisfactori, i he d'agrair molt al mestre Ma Yan! Ha conduït de manera segura i constant durant tot el trajecte, coneixent molt bé els llocs d'interès, les condicions de la carretera i els punts per fer fotos a Zhongwei, organitzant-ho tot de manera còmoda i sense preocupacions. Les seves explicacions han estat pacients i detallades, i ell és una persona entusiasta i genuïna. Ens ha cuidat molt bé durant tot el viatge, fent-nos sentir la generositat i la calidesa de la gent del nord-oest. Amb el mestre Ma Yan com a guia, tot el viatge ha estat fàcil i feliç. El recomano vivament a tots els amics que vinguin a Zhongwei, és fiable i professional!

We were lucky despite the untimely flight delay, to have our driver, Xiao Long, with us, throughout our trip in Inner Mongolia. He was there to fetch us, where the flight landed at 10pm plus. As someone without much words, friendly, he showed sincerity and care, indicating tourist traps to avoid. He went beyond the call of duty and offered to carry luggages to our room when there is no lift at the HeiShanTou. He will always smoke outside the car/restaurant & not like other driver will smoke no matter way. Accommodation provided were quite clean. Hotel local breakfast is simple and no coffee and tea. Please prepare for it when you travel. it is small group tour of 2-4 pax share tour in a vehicle. the vehicle provided is quite good, cooling and comfortable when only 3 of us in the vehicle. The sightseeing is quite good, worry free as ticket provided as per the itinerary. No shopping stops. It is really recommended for family travel with children, young kids or elderly parents.

Driver followed our planned itinerary and brought us to clean rest stops throughout the trip. However, the journey was extremely tiring with long driving hours every day. The driver appeared to be unwell and was coughing throughout the trip, which affected the overall experience. We were also dropped at the wrong hotel on the last day and had to contact the driver to return and pick us up. Overall, the trip was completed as planned but the experience could have been better organised.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were all warm, friendly, and helpful.
The activities were all very interesting, and our guide, Li Ping, was both kind and knowledgeable, knowing all the best places to go and restaurants.

Having experienced other local tour groups before, I wasn't too worried. When booking, I asked if any documents were needed, and they promptly and thoughtfully informed me, so the booking process was very smooth. With their guidance and support, I was able to complete this trip comfortably and safely. Hulunbuir is truly beautiful.

excellent communication even though guide didn't speak english, extremely helpful & friendly, no upselling and all pricing are transparent, definitely worth considering
