This trip to Zhongwei, Ningxia was particularly successful, and I must express my sincere gratitude to Master Ma Yan! He drove steadily and safely throughout the journey, and was extremely familiar with Zhongwei's attractions, road conditions, and photo spots, making the arrangements effortless and comfortable. His explanations were patient and detailed, and he was genuinely enthusiastic and attentive throughout, allowing us to truly experience the generosity and warmth of the people of Northwest China. With Master Ma Yan leading the way, the entire trip was relaxed and enjoyable. I highly recommend him to anyone visiting Zhongwei – he is reliable and professional!

Tuvimos suerte, a pesar del inoportuno retraso del vuelo, de contar con nuestro conductor, Xiao Long, durante todo nuestro viaje por Mongolia Interior. Estuvo allí para recogernos, donde el vuelo aterrizó pasadas las 10 de la noche. Como alguien de pocas palabras, pero amable, mostró sinceridad y cuidado, indicando las trampas para turistas que debíamos evitar. Fue más allá de su deber y se ofreció a llevar el equipaje a nuestra habitación cuando no había ascensor en HeiShanTou. Siempre fumaba fuera del coche/restaurante y no como otros conductores que fuman sin importar dónde. El alojamiento proporcionado estaba bastante limpio. El desayuno local del hotel es sencillo y no incluye café ni té. Por favor, prepárense para ello cuando viajen. Es un tour en grupo pequeño de 2 a 4 personas que comparten un vehículo. El vehículo proporcionado es bastante bueno, fresco y cómodo cuando solo éramos 3 en el vehículo. El turismo es bastante bueno, sin preocupaciones ya que los boletos se proporcionan según el itinerario. No hay paradas de compras. Es realmente recomendado para viajes familiares con niños, pequeños o padres mayores.

Der Fahrer folgte unserer geplanten Reiseroute und brachte uns während der gesamten Fahrt zu sauberen Raststätten. Die Reise war jedoch extrem anstrengend mit langen Fahrzeiten jeden Tag. Der Fahrer schien unwohl zu sein und hustete während der gesamten Fahrt, was das Gesamterlebnis beeinträchtigte. Am letzten Tag wurden wir auch im falschen Hotel abgesetzt und mussten den Fahrer kontaktieren, damit er zurückkommt und uns abholt. Insgesamt wurde die Reise wie geplant abgeschlossen, aber das Erlebnis hätte besser organisiert sein können.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were all warm, friendly, and helpful. The scenery in Inner Mongolia is absolutely stunning, and the tour was well planned. We created unforgettable memories and felt warmly welcomed throughout the entire journey. When booking, I asked if any documents were needed, and they immediately and thoughtfully informed me, so the booking process was very smooth.
